Tudo muito limpo, eles seguem as restrições da COVID em 100, seus funcionários são muito simpáticos e tudo é rico.

Excelente hotel pelo preço e localização muito boa. Eu gosto que seja em um shopping porque você não tem dificuldade para encontrar comida e até mesmo filmes. Muito perto da estação de metro e muito perto do cinema nacional.

Excelente hotel para el precio y la ubicación muy buena también. Me gusta que está en un centro comercial porque no batallas para encontrar de comer y hasta cine. Muy cerca de la estación del metro y muy cerca de la cineteca nacional.

Boa localização ao Centro Médico 20 de Noviembre, ideal para estar com crianças pois fica dentro da praça e tem acesso ao mercado e restaurantes. Eu realmente recomendo muito. Muito limpo, tudo em excelentes condições e pessoal agradável.

Large mall. With several restaurant, a few stores a grocery in the basement and a movie theater on the top floor. Amongst restaurants there are pizza, hamburgers, Japanese, IHOP, italian and mexican.

Ela é a recepcionista do hotel e, desde o momento que fiz o check-in até o momento do check-out, ela se desdobrou para atender e superar minhas expectativas. Ela me forneceu um quarto adequado e bem localizado - eu precisava de um quarto silencioso; providenciei que meu café da manhã fosse entregue na hora; ajudou-me com as informações que solicitei - incluindo uma cópia de um documento pessoal; e até entendi o motivo do meu check-out tardio. Devido à natureza do meu trabalho, fico em diferentes hotéis ao redor do mundo e fiquei encantado com o desempenho da Sra. Hernandez: enérgico, entusiasmado, prestativo, atento aos detalhes e, o mais importante, empático. I would like to make a recognition to Ms. Guadalupe Hernandez. She is the receptionist of the hotel and, since the time I did the check-in till the time I checked out, she went out of her way to meet and exceed my expectations. She provided me a proper and well located room-I needed a silent room; arranged my breakfast to be delivered on time; helped me with information I required-including a copy of a personal document; and even understood the reason behind my late check-out. Due to the nature of my job I stay in different hotels around the world and I was delighted by Ms. Hernandez performance: energetic, enthusiastic, helpful, attentive to detail, and most important, empathetic. Moreover, the location, the cleanliness of the room, the overall staff and facilities are top notch. Thank you so much, Ms. Guadalupe Hernandez, I highly hope the company realizes the great value you provide to the company.

Good hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and the best thing about it is that it's really close to a lot of stores as the building is inside of a mall. You hace a supermarket, movie theater and lots of restaurants at the same place. The staff was very kind and I'd totally come here next time.

Great rooms for great price

The room was very clean. We had a room that over looked the city and the street below on the 3rd floor. The room was well insulated from the traffic on the street. All the services were friendly and quick. The only complaint about the room is the water pressure in the shower was very low. The hotel is situated in a mall. With retail stores and restaurants. Serveral of the restaurants serve Mexican food that unique to cental Mexico.

Great service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and have decent amenities. Beds are comfortable and included extra blankets.There is a safe in the room and an iron.The included breakfast was good and had a decent variety. I didn't have any issues with noise as others have had.
