“I have been staying at this hotel for years. I am probably one of their better customer's, and I had booked a reservation for Sunday and could not make it becauee I have Parkinson's, fell in my kitchen, and fractured my shoulder! I called to cancel my reservation for Sunday (more than 24 hour notice) and the GEM of a lady at the desk would not allow me to cancel, yelled at me, and told me if Iknew how many times people did this, she would not allow me to cancel and told me I would be charged? DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They discriminate against people with disabilities! In all my years of business! I have never had anything like this happen or treated this way!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I fracured my shoulder and can't travel and this is how they treat you!!! This is NO WAY to treat a GREAT long term customer!!!!!! Will now take my business over 20 nights a year! to The Holiday Inn Express!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!”

“The workers at this hotel above and beyond were top notch during the couple days that I got snowed in and it will not soon be forgotten! Christian, one of the guys who work at the front desk, was very professional and courteous and friendly and even helped me shovel out my semi! People like this need to be recognized because lots of times they don't get the credit they deserve! Definitely stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Bismarck North Dakota if you get a chance!”
