“The customer Service was excellent, the rooms were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable, the picture on the wall looked really demonic but they were kind enough to cover it though someone else may enjoy the art work it just wasn't for me I enjoyed the art gallery and it was walking distance to everything we needed.”

“This facility is in a great location and convenient to King St. The neighborhood felt safe. We utilized the valet parking. The building is clean, the front desk staff professional and the decor pleasing. Our room on the second floor was quiet and spacious. I need to take a star off for the following reasons. First there was some mildew in the shower as well as hair. The shower is enormous and probably a pain in the neck for housekeeping. The rest of the room was spotless. If the manager is reading this, let housekeeping know to spray bleach along the grout below the shower door in room 208. Also it’s a little surprising there is no Smart tv. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a Marriott that didn’t have one considering how many people use streaming services. Lastly, we had breakfast at the upstairs restaurant and they served tepid coffee. We asked them to bring out hot coffee. I shouldn’t have to ask for hot coffee in an Autograph hotel.”
