“Hotel é ótimo, quartos agradáveis com camas confortáveis. Infelizmente, o serviço foi péssimo. A comida do buffet não era nada boa, alguns dos itens quentes mal estavam quentes e eles não estavam fazendo nada por encomenda. Isso é raro para um Hilton Garden Inn. Eles não têm água quente disponível para os hóspedes (obrigatório para bebedores de chá). Que é um primeiro decepcionante para um estabelecimento Hilton. Perguntei sobre isso na frente e eles reconheceram que não colocavam mais água quente e que os próprios funcionários ficaram surpresos com a falha da gerência em fazer isso.
