“The hotel was terrible. There were holes in my pillowcase, the batteries in the remote were completely dead, a nasty dried up leak on the floor, and there was an unscrewed vent in the room. I was really disappointed because I usually go to the Sheraton in GSO and it’s always a super nice and clean feeling to it. You could tell that the room had not been serviced or look at in awhile. Outside of that the staff were EXCELLENT! When I showed them the remote and pillow, they took care of it right away which I truly loved. The room is one star but the STAFF are all 5 stars.”

“Nice place for a conference or event. I have been here a couple of times, and the facilities are nice and the staff is good and very courteous. The ballroom is good size and leaves a lot of room for tables, dancing, a stage and buffet/ food at the back. The breakout rooms are like very high stadium lecture halls, so good view of who is up front. Nice leather chairs.”
