“I've stayed at other Double Tree hotels before and really enjoyed my stay. I wish I could say the same about this one. The parking situation, as others have mentioned, is very inconvenient. Self park option costs you $26 per night and the parking is all the way at the bottom garage. The elevator and the escalators leading up to lobby are both broken, so you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the main lobby. I am 8 months pregnant, which is doable but took me awhile. I can only imagine if someone is in a wheelchair or an elderly person, how would they be able to make the trek unless they paid for valet parking (which is $39 per night btw) I'm not entirely sure if this would pass the ADA act and they would probably get fined if inspected.
The check in process was okay - the guy wasn't particularly helpful or friendly and I wasn't offered any cookies until I specifically asked for it. There was a charge for breakfast in the morning, not free like some of the other Hilton hotels. The room we got smelled like smoke- even though we had requested for a non-smoking room. The room itself looked outdated with popcorn ceilings, and there was a corded phone in the bathroom but it doesn't work. Not really sure what that is about.
I did like that checkout was at 12 pm, instead of the usual 11 am. Price point was pretty decent, but I'm not sure if I would come back to this location.”

“Esta deve ser a pior propriedade Double Tree, Hilton que já ficamos.Assim que chegamos, minha esposa imediatamente notou um odor ofensivo assim que entramos no saguão do hotel. Após o check-in, e ao chegar ao nosso quarto, minha esposa notou imediatamente manchas em todas as nossas toalhas. Um dos travesseiros da cama tinha cabelo com um grampo/grampo de cabelo. A pessoa da recepção foi rápido para pedir desculpas e enviar arrumação para trocar toalhas e travesseiros.Minha esposa pulverizou o quarto e o banheiro com desinfetante. O chuveiro estava muito sujo, pois tinha algum tipo de escala. Depois de limpar os chuveiros, descobrimos que a pressão da água estava EXTREMAMENTE baixa.O vaso sanitário teve que ser lavado várias vezes por causa da pressão e quase não dava descarga. As janelas estavam sujas e quase saímos para procurar outro hotel. Mesmo correndo o risco do que pagamos por aquele hotel.”
