“Very nice.Bedrooms are suites.Bathtub whirlpool! Yes!The spa/pool area was nice.I like the fact that they had large bottles of soap and lotion in the bathrooms (but no conditioner)!I find that environmentally conscious and at the same time feels luxury, double positive.We got welcomed with some yummy in house chocolates.Bath towels are so soft and absorbent (I know funny comment but the small things matter), I haven’t experienced such softness in a JW!The restaurant was very good for dinner. We had New Year’s Eve dinner there.My kids inhaled the burgers. You know it’s good when they don’t touch the fries until the end!Breakfast was typical, except they had all kinds of teas.The only thing was the location of the TV, you couldn’t watch in bed,had to watch on the couch and even that angle wasn’t the best. (TV matters when it’s raining outside).”

“Let’s begin my review that it was our second hotel within one week since we were on the family vacation. Coming from Berlin we didn’t expect much but wow. This hotel is amazing! As soon as you enter, receptionist meeting you by the bar where you check in. No words to explain how luxuries, clean, chick the hotel is. The stuff is also wonderful. All of them are very healthful and professional. We had a small issue but the hotel took care of it. The king room is absolutely amazing, I didn’t want to leave Dresden and this hotel. Everything was super clean and fresh. Beautiful bathroom with marble and huge mirrors. The breakfast is worth to add to your reservation - just delicious! They have small sauna and pool and the bottom floor. No parking anymore from July 1, 2022. Not sure where should you park now. We are already planing our next trip in December to Dresden with the kids and 100% staying there again! Thank you for such an amazing service! Will see you soon.”
