Had an excellent weekend at the hotel for the wife’s birthday. Before the stay, someone from the hotel (Cecil/Vivi?) called and offered to put up an arrangement and a cake as a surprise for the wife. Wife was pleased. The room itself is spacious and well designed, the corner suite view overlooks the central business district of Jakarta and has the best Skyscraper views in any of the hotels in Jakarta I’ve stayed before. Food is tasty, and service is top notch. Will come back in the future for sure.

We had a great experience at Fairmont Jakarta. The room was very spacious and well designed. The staff was amazingly friendly and the breakfast was superb. Ok, for me as European I'd have loved to have a bit more classical meat and cheese selections for bread but due to the overall variety it would just be a plus plus. The roof top bar is very nice and a great place to enjoy a drink or two in the evening. You can directly enter the nearby shopping mall (connected tunnel) which is really a plus. Absolutely nothing to complain about and if time allows we'll be back for sure.

The hotel’s swimming pool area has a very nice garden to walk around in the morning/afternoon. We brought wheelchair for our father to walk around the garden to get some sun. The ambience was nice. The swimming pool’s staff was super nice and very helpful. When we got here, it was not very crowded so it was a very pleasant experience for us. Will definitely come back if we got the time. :)

No complaints! But there are suggestions: Please make bluebird and silver bird always available at anytime for business traveller. I was having hard time waiting for taxi in the lobby. I love the availability of the in house doctor. Very much appreciated. The room was decent but I found the pillow was not to my preference.

The room is very comfy, clean and have sufficient lighting as well (which is a plus point for me who has bad eyesight). The service was top notch, not to mention our room got upgraded to suite. there were swan decor on the bed, some warm message in the mirror and biscuits and cheesecake for our honeymoon stay. The pool, gym and garden is very well maintained.

I spent 5 days at the hotel for quarantine. The service was outstanding and the welcome pack included everything to prepare you for the 5 day stay. The variety of menu selection was a plus as compare to many other quarantine hotels where the food selection was limited. The service was excellent and the staff was incredibly attentive to my needs. Fairmont exceeded my expectations for my quarantine period! Will definitely revisit this outstanding hotel!

Very nice hotel. Stayed there during COVID quarantine, so limited our ability to use facilities, but the hotel supported us immensely during our stay, making the experience as enjoyable as possible. Rooms were large and comfortable. All amenities provided to facilitate our stay. We look forward to returning under better circumstances in the future.

Amazing display! Full of masterpiece artworks with some art galleries. It is a beautiful place to stay, a really nice view to enjoy. Overall, the foods are great. Yet, some of the menus are just okay, there is room for improvement of the taste. The twin bed room is spacious enough. A set of working space with two comfort chairs, a set of tea table, and so many compartments are all available. There is espresso machine, the iron set, and bathtub in the room as well. Oh one more thing, the toilet is a high-end one :) The service is excellent, warm people with fast response, really helpful. There is sport center with some facilities like fitness center and swimming pool. The fitness center is large enough with various high tech equipments. However, at the moment, the swimming pool could only be visited by 15 people at the most at a time due to pandemic period. So you need to book a pool reservation especially in the peak time like in the weekend.

Stay here last year to celebrate my birthday. As expected of a Fairmont hotel, the building is grand but modern and sleek. One of the most comfortable bed I slept in. Love their big bathroom. The view from room facing golf club is very beautiful at night.
