“Pessoal foi útil. O quarto estava limpo. A cama estava além de confortável, como realmente. A iluminação do toucador do banheiro era excelente para fazer maquiagem. Teve um problema com o aquecimento e eles o consertaram em um período de tempo razoável. Honra a reserva de terceiros. Eu reservei através de viagens instantâneas sem nenhum problema. 4 estrelas por causa do problema de calor. Fora isso, era bom.”

“Long review but please read!
Where do I begin with this hotel? My stay was horrible, I’m giving 0 stars & would not recommend this to anyone. To start, the hotel is filthy, the elevators smelled like marijuana, & the staff shouldn’t even be working in the customer service sector. Before I arrived I received a text asking if there was anything needed upon check in. I had asked for bottled water & extra towels, very simple. At check in they had neither. How does a hotel with a restaurant & bar have no bottled water? As a diamond member what is the point in asking if I’d need anything upon arrival & then not have any of it? On top of that, there were no upgrades nor did they honor my request to be on a high floor. I was tired & just wanted to shower, plus I figured I can head to a store to get my own later so I went to my room. It was dirty! Towels, wash cloths, sheets, the shower, everything in the room was dirty! There was no way I was going to stay in that room so I went to change rooms. This room wasn’t much cleaner but at least I had clean sheets & 1 set of clean towels. I knew that because it was a holiday weekend the hotel was full & I really wasn’t trying to cause any problems so I stayed put. I head to the bathroom & the first thing I notice is that the ceiling of the shower had a hole in it with mildew on it & the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. I keep looking around the room & noticed more: there was a hole above the little coffee bar area, stains on the wall behind the tv, the sink in the bathroom was practically coming off & barely drained. Since I was seeing a trend, I still decided against switching rooms & stayed. I used the clean towel & wash cloth but figured I’d ask for extra the next day. Fast forward to Saturday night when I get back to the hotel & ask for some extra towels, THEY HAD NONE!!! I was told I’d have to wait until the next day. I get up to my room to find that I now have “neighbors” that are unnecessarily loud. That was the last straw! I had enough! The walls are paper thin, I could hear their whole conversation & it sounded like they tried to come into my room by opening that roommate door. I could even hear the chick that partied too much attempting to throw up all of her drinks. They were in & out, slamming their door at 2:45am & were playing their music for almost 2 hours before I called the front desk after I noticed they were playing the same song on repeat as if on purpose, mind you this was at 4:30 in the morning. Security came, the music mysteriously ended & I was able to get some sleep before they were back up & loud, I assume to head to breakfast. I was checking out early & requested late checkout so I could sleep in a bit. So, since I was rudely awoken, I call to see what time is late checkout & the front desk receptionist says that checkout is at 11, I later find out that’s a lie, and that they need to clean all their rooms & fill them...HA! I let her know the situation, she then states, with an attitude, “the best I can do is 12.” I accepted that but decided to check the app which shows regular checkout is at 12. Had I not decided to cut my reservation short this room would be occupied so they’d be filling what exactly? Upon checkout I ask for a printed receipt as does the man behind me & she states “I can’t print you a receipt because we don’t have no paper that’s why we’re emailing everyone.” A hotel with no paper to print a receipt?!? How lazy can a person be? After getting to my vehicle, checking my email for the receipt, I had a question about a charge so I went in & low and behold she prints a copy of the receipt to give me to explain the charge. Why lie about something as simple as paper? If you don’t like your job then quit! This was by far THE WORST hotel stay I’ve ever had. For this to be a Hilton property, this location is giving Hilton a bad name. This hotel needs to be under new management ASAP! Save your money, time, patience, and sanity and stay somewhere else.”
