Good resort, food and drinks were good and Bar service was great especially at the margarita bar. Biggest down side is the seaweed at the beach but it is constantly being raked and wasn't a huge deal. Service could be improved at both buffets and the Mexican restaurant but was great everywhere else. Water park is super fun, kids loved it and the staff went above and beyond making our trip special over Christmas.

This resort was awesome. The staff treated us like royalty. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Tha bar staff attendants were the best, especially in the pool. I would like for the cart service to be available 24/7. We would have also liked to have music at the pool bar. This is a wellness resort but even in rejuvenation it's okay to have some fun. It would have been nice if they offered cart rides to the sister resort for exploration.

What a shocking and upsetting experience this was for my client and her family. Stayed from 11/28 to 12/3, and when I heard about the experience my client went through, I immediately removed this “all-inclusive resort” from my list of places to stay in DR. My client wanted all inclusive and quickly found out that this resort add their merchant charges and conversion charges to the bill stating it’s the bank charging the fees. And not all inclusive at all. Some of the rooms they paid for had mold and terminates! When asking to change rooms because of the mold, it was an awful experience and staff told my client they could spray some type of air fresher in the room. That does nothing for the mold and seemed they wanted to cover it up vs understanding the health concern mold brings. A few of the rooms were not clean upon entering the room and had to be cleaned while my client and her family were at dinner. Imagine trying to get ready for dinner and the bathroom is dirty. Yuck! The fully stocked mini bar was not restocked like advertised online. My client even stated the website seemed so off from what was happening when they got there. Only positive review given was that the property outside of the rooms and landscaping were super nice. Seemed more attention was on that vs customer experience inside the room. Super disappointing and will not refer anymore clients to this resort.

The grounds are beautiful, even though there are remnants from the hurricane. The staff is friendly. The beaches and pools are clean. The food is great. Two things I'm not a fan of, however, is the restaurants. Some are adults only, and the good ones aren't included in the packages. I got the LEVEL package which includes many extra goodies(top-shelf liquor, anyone?) But not the steak and lobster nor the hibachi. Otherwise, it's a wonderful spot, not only for adults, but for kids as well. The other is that staff, for some reason, once a day, the come around, knock on my doors and if we don't open, they open it and ask if anything is needed... certainly not a fan of this practice.

Enthusiastic staff, very attentive, excellent food -so tasty! We loved it. To top it off, they had a surprise birthday cake and celebration for my wife with all the staff coming out singing and playing instruments. It was over the top outstanding! Thank you so much - it made the day! So memorable!!!
