Hotel excelente. Isolamento acústico muito bom. Toalhas excelentes. Banheiro nota 10. Quartos amplos e completos com cozinha. Café da manha completo com muitas opções. Localização perfeita, muito próximo da casa blanca.

I am a Marriott Platinum member ( have been for several years). Prior to this recent stay, I had plans on reaching diamond status with Marriott this year. This stay at Residence Inn D.C. has changed my mind. The hotel is old and the rooms need to be completely refurbished. What bothered me the most was the awful service. You LITERALLY have to clean your own room! Prior to arriving I was told that rooms are cleaned every other day. Upon arriving I learned only rooms with a seven day stay or more are serviced ( I only had a five day stay). When I requested my room to be serviced, Bed sheets and towels were dropped off to my room! Forget Marriott of old were your loyalty to the hotel chain was appreciated and rewarded. Marriott seems to have turned a new corner since the pandemic and it is not a good one. Hopefully Hilton will be better as I move my stays to their chain.

The hotel was clean from entrance to rooms. I reserved two rooms for my daughter graduation. We actually had a kitchenette. The sheets and towels were white, not warned out.If you wanted to cook there was a stove top, fridge, cookware, dishwasher, garbage disposal, small table with 2 chair. Th y provided kitchen towel and a sponge. You have to bring your dish soap. Two double full bedand if you on the heavy side, can’t double up with someone. However we asked for a cot one was provided free of charge. There is a full size sofa bed . Most of the staff I saw would greet me . At the front desk, I was checking by Angle Corey very professional and courteous. Explained well the checking process to parking. Hotel is close by restaurant, fast food , banks, 7 eleven , Wawa and a CVS is underneath the hotel. I wouldn’t mind going there again. Forgot to mention continental breakfast is served with your price of stay. Eggs, sausage patty, pancake etc. I like their coffee not to strong just right. I’m very picky when it comes to my coffee . I complement who ever brew the coffee keep brewing that way.

We had a bit of trouble locating the hotel. Upon arrival the valet assisted us with our luggage. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted quickly, but given the wrong room. After calling the service desk, a few minutes later a portercame with the right key.The room was clean and spacious. There were large windows witha street view. The kitchen had a regular sized refrigerator and microwave. It had a single serve coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. The shower was stocked with large size bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner.The buffet breakfast wasn't as in the past, due to Covid-19. We did have pancakes and scrambled eggs. The only fruit was bananas. The coffee bar was clean and well stocked. Thebreakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Tables were cleared and cleaned in a timely manner.Parking was $50 + tax for valet which is pretty much the only choice. Street parking is difficult to find. The valet crew did a very good job. They were patient and helpful.

It is not same quality as it used to be. This is worst Residence Inn property I have been. Breakfast options are quite limited here. Room quality is below average . Fridge was not working on day 1 of my stay, turned out it was unplugged. In other room that we had for my family had problems with flush in bathroom. Biggest letdown is housekeeping, it turns out they now do housekeeping once in a WEEK. Yes, once in a WEEK. The good old days of everyday housekeeping now seems like luxury. In pretext of covid regulations, they are practically not doing housekeeping for most guests. For towel change, trash clean is on request. The prices have almost doubled than 3 years ago. The quality of service has degraded significantly. Disappointing experience. Here is one picture of roach sharing same room as us.

Truly appreciate the convenience of this hotel. Staff are always kind and professional. Closet space is a challenge as suits and shirts stick out beyond the doors making the closet suboptimal. They still have not reinstated full maid service yet so you have to ask for coffee, Towels etc. Otherwise the hotel is one of my preferred despite other Marriots in the city having more amenities overall.

I'm just wrapping up my weekend in DC and had to leave a review for this Residence Inn! This operation is a well oiled machine, everyone has a job and executes that function perfectly and then goes above and beyond to make an experience for the guest. The breakfast ladies have all been spectacular, Elaine especially. She is a picture of true hospitality. Each person I run into has a smile and warm greeting and you really feel at home here. This is not easy to do in a city like this and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone for business or pleasure! Also want to add, the hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and the National theater. It is also on major bus lines if wanting to go that route to get to the museums!

Everything about our stay was excellent. I've been to hotels that were supposed to be the "best in the biz," and haven't had very good experience with the sound bleeding through the walls, or the quality of the bedding, or the other guests staying there. The staff was very friendly, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. We stayed in a suite which was great value! The room was clean, love the small kitchen which was useful! The location of the hotel was great - really close to the metro station and the staff were super friendly. The downsides of the the pressure of the tap sink wasn’t strong, there wasn’t a kettle or teabags and no bathroom robe was provided. Otherwise would recommend.

Mi estadía fue como estar en casa. El personal es sumamente amable y atento. Cada cosa que necesitábamos saber ellos estaban allí. Las habitaciones son sumamente amplias con buena vista de la ciudad. El mantenimiento de la limpieza es permanente. Tienen buen gimnasio y comedor.

Excelente ubicación. Cerca de lugares de interés, restaurantes y bares. El desayuno es de buena calidad. En los eventos sociales de la tarde limitan las bebidas alcohólicas a una por persona.

Habitación Tipo-Estudio, con cocina completa (cocina, microondas, lavavajilla, heladera, cafetera, etc).Excelente atención, con muy buen desayuno incluido, WiFi gratis en las habitaciones de acceptable calidad. La habitación, me resultó pequeña para una familia de 4 personas, el sofá se hace cama de dos plazas para los chicos y la cama matrimonial es queen. Está un poco lejos de La zona comercial e histórica de Washington, lo que alarga bastante las caminatas diarias. Silencioso y limpio. La habitación que utilicé, es recomendable para 2 PAX, no para 4.
