“This place is incredible. The rooms are full of space and there are great restaurants inside. My absolute favorite part is the massive sand pool outside. I go there during the night, after I have came back from the parks, and it is so colorful and relaxing.”

“Manager Christopher and Recreation director Sara do not understand the value of customer service. We received permission from the reservation line to invite close family friends (staying at another Disney resort) to visit us at the pool. They would not grant a guest pass, even though it was my birthday. The pool was empty. They decided that policy mattered more. We are staying the whole week and have been Loyal customers for multiple years. When policy is more important than the guests, then it obvious that they’ve lost sight of what’s important. Now I understand why sea world and universal won top theme park awards. Never again. I will tell everyone I know and post until my thumbs are numb. Spend your money elsewhere.”
