“5 stars for exemplary staff! My husband and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in the Marriott family. We are Platinum Elite Members. Many of the hotels in which we have stayed are category 7. That being said, the service we received here was top notch. I can’t remember a friendlier and welcoming staff. Even the staff we encountered walking into work and the limited interaction with housekeeping were smiling, warm, welcoming and most asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything. We stayed 9/30/21-10/2/21 - Anyone working those dates deserves kudos and a raise.”

“Por un problema en el sistema de reservaciones, no existía nuestra reservación cuando llegamos al hotel. El recepcionista solo nos dijo de llamar al call center y atendió a alguien más. En un hotel que pertenece a una cadena tan conocida, yo hubiera esperado que nos diera opciones para no tener que recorrer la ciudad en busca de un lugar para pasar la noche.”
