Bom Hotel . Mas não vai achando que estará indo para um Hotel de luxo por conta da bandeira Marriott. Café é aquele padrão dos hotéis baratos dos EUA. Confuso e com poucas opções. Quarto bom, limpo e moderno. Internet boa.

Pluses: + As clean as a hotel can be + Hot breakfast buffet even during the pandemic + Spacious room with modern furniture + Swimming pool fun for kids, open almost all day + Friendly staff Neutral: > Plenty of parking, although paid (price is still reasonable though) > Breakfast is only up to 9am. Queue can get long after 8am so you have to get up early. Minuses: - We got charged for lobby market purchases we never made. After much insist and asking for proof that we did make the purchases, they eventually took them off. - There is *no* clear "1 person or 1 family in elevator" policy to minimize covid-19 risk, as other hotels do. Elevator stops in middle floors and people don't want to wait and squeeze in. I would take the stairs but could not find them. - The hotel is emotional support animal-friendly, despite hotels.com saying that pets are not allowed.

Great place to stay or out of town family members lodge. Beautiful courtyard. Friendly and courteous staff

Great job from Erik who literally booked this as I was driving. Great modern room . Love the sliding bathroom doors. Fabulous, clean and comfortable for a good price. Andy,Kahtia and Krystal very friendly and very helpful. I'll be back.

Wish I took pictures but had such a great experience at this hotel . Everything was clean and they did a terrific job of serving breakfast options which were hot/cold. Andy at this location was terrific! He offered pleasant customer service and no matter how many times I called ( which was a couple time 😅) he was always incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire staff was awesome! Will definitely come here again when visiting Orlando .

First time at this hotel and will come back! The most important factor in a hotel for me is how clean it is. Especially, when traveling with children. The building looks well kept on the outside. The pool/area was in good shape. There is an area with 2 grills available. There is a small but clean and nice gym. The front desk staff was very welcoming. No strange smells in lobby nor hallways. The room sleeping 6. Two queen beds and 1 sofa that turns into a daybed. There is a mini fridge and microwave in room. Also, an ice machine near elevators. This hotel is right next to Millennium Mall and 20 minute drive to Disney Springs.
