“Unfortunately not as expected of a four-star hotel. When we first came in, the way the that the lobby looked and the personnel behind the main desk made me feel like we made the right choice for our stay but was quite soon disappointed.
I can ignore the stained carpet, dirty sink, clear presence of dust in many spots and maybe even the black mold spots in the bathroom but what I cannot overlook or accept are the following three things:
- some sort of bedbugs or something that bit us and the children
- the attitude of one of the bartenders whom I asked if milkshakes are available in the menu and he scoffed and laught at me
- at the breakfast buffet there were flies in the apple vinegar and when I informed the young man behind the counter he just shrug his shoulders until I insisted for him to take the bottle away
The only reason I don't give less stars and I choose to not make a formal complaint is the personnel at the front desk that was very helpful and well mannered.
Apart from that... not a four-star hotel”

“This hotel is located in the city which makes it ideal. I was able to walk to Westfield Donau mall in about 20 minutes or so. The tram stop isn't far away either and you can go to the city centre. I was attending a meeting at the Vienna International Centre and I walked there in about 10 minutes.
The interior of the hotel is very clean and inviting. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was efficient and friendly.
Breakfast can be added on for about 18 Euros.
I will stay there if I return again.”
