“Very amazing. Not far from shopping, the ferry or the beach. Beautifully maintained. The food offered is delicious. We ferried over to Playacar from the Palace sister resort in Cozumel. We went over so we could enjoy the membership perks along with visiting the beach. But the public beach presented it's own culture that was at times unpleasant to be around. We may have been just as happy with staying at the Palace in Cozumel and their little beach for the day.”

“I LOVED THIS PLACE. previous I have stayed at sun palace. Decided to come back just because the customer service experience. Everyone is so fast and ready to help you with everything. Food is good. Drinks amazing. So many activities. Playground for the little ones, pool. SPECIAL thanks to Ana by the pool she was amazing. Went above and beyond for me and my family.
