“We were stressed from driving in traffic downtown, but as soon as we pulled into the well designed check in area we felt relief. When we checked in with our little dog, we felt like the staff was taking good care of us! From the valet who took our car to the staff at the front desk, and the concierge guys who always seemed to be there whenever we needed a hand. They upgraded us to the third floor that had an outdoor patio right off the room. Perfect for our pet! And at the end of the hallway is a huge beautiful garden patio with heaters where we were able to enjoy dinner (from the restaurant on site) with our daughter who lives nearby. Beautiful rooms! They even provided a doggie bed and poop bags and food/water dish for our stay.
