Friendliest welcome for our little dogs that I’ve experienced at a hotel! The staff was wonderful! Rooms were clean, bathroom products smell really good, plenty of options for breakfast, games to entertain the kids, nice TV, and lots of good eating options right by the hotel. We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Really enjoyed our stay here!

We were very pleased with our stay. George was very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary hot breakfast was good. We only stayed one night, but we will definitely stay here again.

Excelente localização se você tiver um compromisso no USCIS. É um hotel novo. Muito limpo. Boa vista das casas no morro. Boas opções de café da manhã. Agradáveis cápsulas de trabalho no lobby. Equipe amigável. E fica perto de bons restaurantes.

Excelente ubicación si tiene una cita en USCIS. Es un hotel nuevo. Muy limpio. Buena vista de las casas en la colina. Buenas opciones de desayuno. Bonitas cápsulas de trabajo en el vestíbulo. Personal amigable. Y está cerca de buenos restaurantes.

Excellent location if you have an appointment at USCIS. It's a new hotel. Very clean. Good view of the homes on the hill. Good breakfast options. Nice working pods in the lobby. Friendly staff. And it's close to nice restaurants.

Shops nearby easy highway access safe I left my vehicle unlocked overnight by accident and was just fine. Room size great staff wonderful and was able to check in early. Near Sam's and walmart. 2.5 hours to North Padre Island great location

Hotel muito bom e muito novo. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Eles estão sem massa de panqueca e ela disse "não sabemos quando teremos". Tenha em mente que eles estão a menos de 1,6 km do Sam's Club. Entender!!! Responsabilidade pessoal.

Equipe SUPER simpática, ótimas opções de café da manhã (incluindo coberturas de panqueca divertidas para as crianças!), jogos de tabuleiro familiares fornecidos no lobby muito limpo, e nós realmente amamos as escolhas sustentáveis feitas pelo hotel. Eles ainda fornecem lixeiras nos quartos. Este é um hotel muito limpo, amigável e convenientemente localizado no norte de San Antonio, e certamente ficaremos lá para futuras viagens.

Personal SÚPER amable, excelentes opciones de desayuno (¡incluidas divertidas coberturas de panqueques para los niños!), Juegos de mesa familiares en el vestíbulo muy limpio, y realmente nos encantaron las elecciones sostenibles hechas por el hotel. Incluso proporcionan contenedores de reciclaje en las habitaciones. Este es un hotel muy limpio, amigable y convenientemente ubicado en el norte de San Antonio, y seguramente nos hospedaremos allí para futuros viajes.

Muy buen hotel y muy nuevo. El desayuno podría ser mejor. No tienen masa para panqueques y ella dijo "no sabemos cuándo la tendremos". Tenga en cuenta que están a menos de una milla de Sam's Club. ¡Averígualo! Responsabilidad personal.

SUPER friendly staff, great breakfast choices (including fun pancake toppings for the kids!), family board games provided in the very clean lobby, and we really loved the sustainable choices made by the hotel. They even provide recycling bins in the rooms. This is a very clean, friendly, and conveniently-located hotel in north San Antonio, and we'll surely stay there for future trips.

Very nice hotel and very new. Breakfast could be better. They are out of pancake batter and she’s said “we don’t know when we will have it.” Keep in mind they are less than a mile from Sam’s Club. Figure it out!!! Personal accountability.

Hotel novo.Existem alguns pequenos problemas que esperamos ser resolvidos em breve1. O quarto que recebemos estava sujo. O serviço de limpeza havia esquecido de tirar uma lata de cerveja e outras coisas do chuveiro e havia cheetos no chão ao lado da cama2. Sem reconhecimento Diamante, obrigado por ser um membro leal etc, como é no treinamento. Além disso, peguei pontos em vez de lanches e ainda não recebi nenhumEspero que com algum treinamento esses problemas sejam resolvidos em breve

O hotel mais limpo que eu já fiquei e a equipe foi muito simpática e me fez sentir em casa, mesmo que eu estivesse a horas de distância de Grapevine! Tudo estava novinho e super limpo, além de muito organizado! Vale a pena o dinheiro ficar aqui e também a estadia vem com pequeno-almoço gratuito que foi muito bom. A próxima vez que eu voltar a San Antonio para visitar, definitivamente voltarei aqui. Eu recomendaria este hotel a qualquer pessoa definitivamente A++ 👍

Ficamos lá nos primeiros dias de sua nova abertura. Além de alguns pequenos contratempos que encontramos, que são esperados de uma nova abertura de negócios, apreciamos nossa estadia geral. Obrigado por estar atento a todas as nossas necessidades! Vocês ficaram no topo nos fazendo sentir valorizados. Espero que eles tenham consertado as hastes da mesa de pebolim instaladas incorretamente em ambas as mesas. Não é grande coisa, pois minha família riu tentando jogar. Obrigado a toda equipe.

Hotel nuevo.Hay algunos problemas menores que, con suerte, se resolverán pronto.1. La habitación que nos dieron estaba sucia. El servicio de limpieza había olvidado sacar una lata de cerveza y otras cosas de la ducha y había cheetos en el suelo junto a la cama.2. No hay reconocimiento de Diamante, gracias por ser un miembro leal, etc., tal como está en el entrenamiento. Además, elegí puntos en lugar de bocadillos y todavía no he recibido ninguno.Con suerte, con un poco de capacitación, estos problemas se resolverán pronto.

Nos alojamos allí durante los primeros días de su nueva apertura. Aparte de algunos pequeños inconvenientes que encontramos, que son de esperarse de la apertura de un nuevo negocio, disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en general. ¡Gracias por estar atento a todas nuestras necesidades! Ustedes se mantuvieron en la cima haciéndonos sentir valorados. Espero que hayan arreglado las varillas de mesa de futbolín instaladas incorrectamente en ambas mesas. No es gran cosa ya que mi familia se rió tratando de jugar. Gracias a todo el personal.

El hotel más limpio en el que me he alojado y todo el personal fue muy amable y me hizo sentir como en casa, ¡aunque estaba a horas de distancia de Grapevine! ¡Todo era nuevo y súper limpio, así como muy organizado! Bien vale la pena el dinero que se queda aquí y también la estancia incluye desayuno gratis, que fue bastante bueno. La próxima vez que vuelva a visitar San Antonio definitivamente regresaré aquí. Recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera definitivamente A++ 👍

We stayed there within the first couple of days of their new opening. Aside from a few small hiccups we encountered, which are to be expected of a new business opening, we enjoyed our overall stay. Thank you for being attentive to all of our needs!You guys stayed on top making us feel valued. I hope they fixed the incorrectly installed foosball table rods on both tables. Not a big thing as my family had a laugh trying to play. Thank you to entire staff.

Brand new hotel.There are some minor issues that will hopefullybe solved soon1. The room we got was dirty. Housekeepinghad forgotten to take away a beer can and other stuff from the shower and there were cheetos on the floor next to the bed2. No Diamond recognition, thank you for being a loyal member etc as it is in the training. Also, I picked points instead of snacks and have still not received anyHopefully with some training this issues will be solved soon

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at and the staff was all very friendly and made me feel right at home even tho I was hours away from Grapevine! Everything was brand new and super clean as well as very organized! Well worth the money staying here and also the stay comes with free breakfast which was pretty good. The next time I come back down to San Antonio to visit I will definitely be coming back here I would recommend this hotel to anyone definitely A++ 👍
