Really nice hotel with all the amenities inside it. Only stayed one night before going to the airport, which is very close-by, so we didn’t venture out in the area. Not sure if it’s a safe area or not, but there were armed security guards 24/7 and high walls around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast had virtually every option you could want. The Striker’s Bar was a great place to grab a snack, a drink, or dinner.

Nice hotel, though it feels a bit dated, but that just might be the look they want. Good service, employees all spoke English. Rooms were comfortable and spotless. Hot water in the bathroom was scalding hot so be careful with that!

I've been there for a week and i have no complaints. The service is top, the room was neat, great view. Is an old building yet feels fresh, don't expect high tech features but despite that, 100% recommend.

Really nice hotel. Amazing service and so many restaurants on site. Breakfast is to die for.. rooms are really good, clean, spacious and comfortable. I will be here again. This was my 2nd stay and 11 nights of bliss..

Conveniently located close to the airport and local restaurants. Comfortable rooms with terraces. The restaurant offers daily breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. All of them are delicious. Excellent service from the staff

Had to crash here last minute and it was great. Staff helpful and the amenities were awesome for us tired travelers- room service, pool, airport shuttle. Prices are closer to American costs, but quality and service are top notch

The hotel is nice and clean. It’s the kind of nice that your parents would appreciate. The breakfast is the only reason I gave the hotel 2 stars. Besides the breakfast the food is pretty bad. We went to the sports bar and there were 4 other tables. It took them an hour to bring out our apps- waitress never came to check on us. We kept looking over and none of the waitstaff thought to check on us. When we said that we would like to cancel our order then all the sudden our food would be out in a few minutes. Burgers were undercooked. Waitress only seems to check on us or act like she cares after we asked to cancel our order. Spend your money on food that is actually edible.

This hotel was amazing and very affordable. Well worth it. I have returned for my first visit this year and things are even better with covid restrictions lightened. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It is my home here when I visit

En esta ocasion mal, la ducha de la habitación solo calentaba por instantes y se quedaba sin agua caliente. Tenia que hacer intervalos de 3 min aprox y esperar a que saliera mas agua nuevamente porque dejaba de salir agua literalmente. La television tenia señal pesima.

Awesome staff. Very Covid-19 friendly. Took temp and gave hand gel entering hotel and restaurants.Pool was beautiful with warmish water. Jacuzzi was night. They limited the guests in the pool area due to Covid-19.Rooms very clean and comfortable.Bathroom had nice toiletries for anything you might have forgotten.Beds and pillows very comfortable.Great selection of food and drinks from the restaurants.Not all restaurants were open I am guessing due to Covid-19 but still enough choices.Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Excelente hotel. Por donde lo mires de primera, salvo, cuando apagas la luz y te vas a dormir. Sin lugar a dudas tienen que invertir en ventanas blindadas que no permitan entrar los ruidos de la calle. Estaba en el piso 7 habitación 701. Se suponía era la más silenciosa del hotel. Pues no lo era. A las 6:00 am comenzaban los ruidos de ambulancias, motos, camiones. De.nada sirve tanto lujo en el Hotel, si no podes dormir en paz. La atención del personal fue sobresaliente, en todos los puestos de trabajo.
