The room wasn't clean the clerk gave me the wrong info a week later I had a change from them I didn't authorize and were unwilling to fix it . The general manager is rude and has no idea what she is doing I had a employee tell me they would have their sales manager fix it come to find it he quit the manager didn't even know he told me that . This is my second time staying at this hotel.Both times, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.The area of town is nice and walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops.The rooms are nice and updated.The reason for only 3 stars? Both visits, I was traveling with my sister and slept on the sofa bedOn the second stay, the outside of the sofa was covered in crumbs and house cleaning didn't change the dirty sheets inside.Not sure if I will be staying here again. Lord knows what else isn't clean!

A few minor issues I had - the kitchen (it's an extended stay so it has full features) had crumbs in a few of the cupboards and drawers, a lot of the silverware had food caked on it, and there was a sticky stain and hairs in the bathroom. The parking lot did not have security cameras or lighting at night, and the neighborhood felt a little sketchy to me.
