“A great complex with multiple hotels which can all be visited by jumping on the little electric shuttles. The lobbies to these hotels are some of the grandest I have ever seen.
Add to that the Maya people who tend to work the bars and catering are the loveliest of people. Always smiling and ready with a "Ola".
If you can't enjoy this place you're very hard to please. We had a great time.”

“This was my sons first holiday out of Canada and we had the best time. The hotel has lots to do for kids. The entertainment staff are priceless. Dinners are good. We found the buffet good for the kids. The Gourmet restaurant was by far the best for service and food. The pools were big and plentiful. Galadino the bartender at the swim up bar was great. All staff work so hard. I went for two massages with Pamela and it was super.”
