“10 years ago this was the place to stay. Rooms were nice, great evening receptions. What needs to happen is a revamp. I am a Platinum member and there was no difference between me and someone who gets a room off Priceline in terms of why I should stay here. I didnt like that I checked in online and instead of walking to room I had to check in at desk. The evening reception was a great thing, in fact if you call and are on hold you will hear the message talk about their evening socials, this is gone or to only Wednesday now. The quality of food is down. Out of my 18 day stay, I ate there 1 time, went to McDonald's instead. The rooms are 10+ years old. The couches are breaking down, beds need replaced, carpets have stains all in them. May have to rethink next stay.”

“Where to start is the question, the floors in the hotel room had red stains all over them, the room was freezing and even with the unit turned off it still kept going, the carpet underneath the unit in the common area was soaked, breakfast was cold even when it was just served, and the rooms are non smoking right? But as you walk down the hall all you smelt was weed. Want to go to the vending machine? Follow the signs and it will take you straight to a wall.
Will never stay here again and the place smells musk and is disgusting.”
