“Location is great, there is lots to do in and around the area within walking or a short driving distance. Friendly staff, everything was clean and well maintained. I don’t really have any complaints about this hotel. Everything was perfectly fine. It just didn’t have the pizazz to give it five stars. However, it is currently under construction, so hopefully some of the upgrades will add that missing flair. Edit: Very nice to see that the GM responded, and I want to ensure it is clear that the staff was outstanding and everything was great. I’m definitely interested to see what the renovation will yield, and I do agree that the reno is potentially what held back from a 5-star review.”

“I was hesitant about staying here after reading some of the reviews. However we are very glad we stayed. The lobby was great. Complimentary coffee. Nice small and quiet restaurant. Front desk, especially Joanna, were outstanding in their service to us. The rooms were updated with great towels and amenities. But the most amazing thing of all is that I had something happen to me that has NEVER occurred before, despite staying at hundreds of hotels a maintenance worker said to me, "Thank you for staying with us." WOW!”
