Ótimo custo benefício - café da manhã ruim Hotel padrão americano com 3 estrelas com uma atmosfera descolada. Localização ótima e perto de tudo: Shopping, hospital, farmácias, mercado, etc. Café da manhã bem diferente e fora do padrão não só brasileiro (vi outros estrangeiros reclamando também). É assim: tem as opções com batata frita, outras com abacate, etc. tudo muito estranho. Você tem direito a um destes pratos ou um pão com um suco. Se não pegar nada do menu estranho, você tem direito a um ou dois pães. Tudo extremamente estranho no café da manhã. Melhor considerar que terá que tomar cafe em outro lugar ou usar a geladeira do quarto para guardar o que quiser comprar no mercado. Tem uma cafeteira no quarto também. Hotel tem uma proposta diferente. Estacionamento é pago (opção com ou sem valet parking).

Simplesmente espetacular. O hotel é novo, moderno, bonito, quarto enorme com duas camas de casal, banheiro muito bom e atendimento perfeito. 5 minutos de carro do shopping Aventura e 10 minutos andando da Best Buy. São 45minutos até o aeroporto e nem pertinho da praia, mas tem que ter carro.

Estuve del 20 al 30 de Enero 2022. El Hotel es nuevo,bonito,cómodo! Buena atención. Sería mejor si incluyeran el desayuno. Se siente el ruido de las otras habitaciones,lo cual es molesto. Se me quedaron unos tenis nuevos y llame al otro día de dejar el hotel y dijeron que no estaban. Gravisimo que pasen estas cosas por que lse llamó inmediatamente y no se dejaron en la habitación y se supone que la primera persona que entra a limpiar o a revisar después del check out los encuentra inmediatamente.Que feo que estas cosas pasen en un hotel de esta categoría. La confianza debería ser lo primordial,así ni que entren a limpiar. Estoy muy decepcionada! Di tres estrellas para poder continuar con los pasos,pero este incidente baja mucho la calificación!

Located in the heart of a new open concept residential and dining district in Aventura. Aloft has some great amenities of its own that include the 2nd floor roof top pool area with seating, pool & games - definitely try the rocking chairs….the rooms are nicely designed and have comfortable beds. Try out Bar Taco and Graziano’s downstairs for quick bites and enjoy that Starbucks is quick walk across to the next building!

They only had feather pillows - I asked multiple times for regular pillows and they kept assuring me they would bring them up. They I would ask again and they would say they don't have any left - and bring more feather pillows. I can't sleep on those. Out of desperation I said if you can't find any just let me know and I'll go buy one. They assured me they would bring two up while we went out for the evening. They brought more feather pillows and it was too late to go shop. I had prepaid for my stay but they charged my card anyway another $841 - no explanation. I called and they said we'll reverse it. I hope so...we'll see. One night our pipe under the sink simply fell off onto the floor flooding the bathroom. I had to use all our towels to clean up the nasty water and asked them to come and bring more towels. This was around 11pm. They apologized and offered to move us but I didn't feel like packing up and doing so. They offered to let me come down and get more towels because she could not leave the front desk and no one else could come up. A bit annoying and gross. The next morning (too early) a maintenance guy came to fix it - said he thought we had checked out already. Beds were OK, location was good, hotel was clean, just had a lot of problems.

I’ve already stayed twice here and I recommend it to everyone. Really fast service and check in/out process. People are really nice and the hotel is extremely clean. Location is 10/10! You have so many restaurants, workout places, spas and more around the same block. It feels really safe, the rooms are big and they allow pets! They will certainly see me again!

Incredible location, awesome rooms, and attentive staff. I would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful pool!

Nice and quiet but most of all I love the security. you have to use your key card to take the elevator up to room excellent 👍 wish the rooms were bigger that's it

The customer service in this hotel is absolute trash. I will never stay here in the future or recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel just wants your money for every little detail. They do not care about how satisfactory your stay is. I was so disappointment by my stay, I wish I went to another hotel. Feel free to stay at this hotel if you like being treated terribly by the staff.

Like it. It’s a medium size hotel , very clean and modern. It is surrounded with many restaurants ( some of them really good ones ). It also Has a swimming Pool ( sorry didn’t take pics ) which is big enough. If you are planning go to aventura, this is a good option ( The mall is at walking distance )

Una vergüenza de hotel, ya es incómodo tener que ir al segundo piso para ir al lobby pero lo peor es que no nos hicieron el cuarto. Lo único que hacen es pedir disculpas por todo lo que les sale mal. No vuelvo nunca más. No vengan.
