“Hotel terrível. Serviço terrível. Fiz uma reserva GARANTIDA através de uma plataforma de reservas bem conhecida. Ao chegar atrasado no hotel, eles me dizem que a reserva foi cancelada porque eu cheguei às 22h. Eles não me notificaram. Eles apenas cancelaram porque. Como um GRANDE favor, eles me disseram que não iriam me cobrar a multa de cancelamento, pois ELES me cancelaram. Realmente, se você não quer se divertir, não fique neste hotel.
