“Verificado no Hilton Garden Inn. Devido a um incêndio em casa, não podemos ficar em nossa casa até que os reparos sejam feitos. Este foi o pior serviço de todos os tempos. O alto-falante de dente azul da minha filha foi deixado na sala. Voltei para pegá-lo 2 horas após o check-out. Ninguém tinha visto o orador. Em seguida, eles cobraram 575 dólares no meu cartão, 10 dias depois de eu ter feito o check-out. O recepcionista e o GM foram totalmente rudes, desrespeitosos e não estão preocupados com tudo.
