Hotel estáperto do aeroporto ( uns 10 minutos de carro), ele nãoestádentro do aeroporto. Possui transporte para o aeroporto. Possui um café da manhãpara " viagem" para o viajante que precisa embarcar bem cedo.

Hotel com camas confortáveis, café da manhã bom (dentro do padrão americano), bom wi-fi e próximo do aeroporto de Miami. Não é um hotel novo, mas, está bem conservado e a equipe se mostrou atenciosa.

Simples, com um café da manhã bom funcionários atenciosos . Numa tarde fizeram uma pequena reforma na área de alimentação sem qualquer incômodo aos hóspedes. O preço é justo e vale cada centavo.

Excelente localização principalmente para quem vai fazer simulador de voo, pois próximo dele estão o simulador da Boeing e da antiga panan. Boas instalações e atendimento cordial.

O quarto é grande, o que é óptimo, mas precisa de uma renovação! O pequeno almoço tem poucos alimentos que não são processados! Bolos embalados,panquecas pré cozinhadas... Servidos em serviço de plástico... Tudo descartável!

Gostei do hotel apesar de ser longe das principais atrações de Miami. Simples mas bom café da manhã, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, quarto limpo e sem cheiro ruim mesmo sendo carpete.

This was the worst hotel I’ve seen in a long time. I usually love Holiday Inn Express but this was terrible. It was filthy, smelly, and ugly. We made a reservation 3 months ago and I had the confirmation email with me. The man at the desk couldn’t find my reservation and after 15 minutes of mumbling into the phone with someone he helped another guest. When we told him we were leaving to go to another hotel he didn’t even apologize or offer to try to help!!!! Absolutely horrible experience.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! They made us stay in the lobby for 6 hours about 10 families, even though the rooms were clean and ready! The lady at the front desk wanted to charge everyone a 75$ early check in fee. We got off carnival cruise ship came here and it was the worse choice, go next door to Ramada, or Wyndham. No one was sitting around there and no one had fo pay a fee more than the price of their room! Terrible customer service! People are sleeping all on the floors and only two couches here in the seating area and if you cancel you will not get a dime back! Just terrible

Regulars of Holiday Inns and Expresses, don't expect your normal experience here.This place is super dingey. From the start, the lobby was small, dim, and smelled like smoke. The whole place is very out-dated. Our room had a funky smell, especially the bathroom, which didn't have any soap at the sink 🤷‍♂️. One of the lamps didn't work too...No fitness center, and it was a little weird getting the shuttle.The shuttle driver and employee at front desk were both great, so that counts for something. If our stay was any longer than 12 hours, we likely would've sought out somewhere else to stay.Need a serious reno here!

Absolute disaster.Suffering major electrical issue.Lights come on for a moment then of of fit long periods. They knew this and said nothing at check in. Can't believe I paid for this.Will take up with intercontinental hotels. Bathroom is pitch black.So... shower, hair dryer, make up... not a thing. Phone charger, TV, clock all uselesswould givethis place a minus 5 star. Clear they are not concerned with guest experience.

The lobby and room looked and smelled like a free clinic. It stank of mold, mildew, and cigarettes. The AC did not work. There was mold and mildew in the room and it smelled like it. The WiFi did not work. The sausage looked like it was reheated leftover. The eggs were the dry. The eating area looked like they were issuing free food to the homeless, so we went elsewhere. The elevators shook and made lots of noise.

El hotel es algo viejo, pero acogedor! No tiene piscina, por la pandemia el desayuno debes recogerlo en el lobby a partir de las 6am hasta las 9am! El personal latino es muy amable! El personal americano es un poco más tosco!El servicio de traslado desde y hacia al aeroouerto funciona, pero después de las 7pm no pasa casa media hora, se queda en el hotel a la espera de que algún cliente nuevo lo llame para ir a buscarlos.Por su cercanía al aeropuerto es demasiado ruidoso todo el día.El precio en relación a la calidad es muy costoso! Existen otras opciones como el Ramada, Clarion o incluso el Sleep Inn más económicos y con la misma calidad.

We stayed last week for just one night.Though we usually book through Expedia and read reviews there, we missed out on this as we booked this directly from IHG website and did not check the reviews as we were focusing on other hotel selections in Orlando and new Miami Beach for later part of the trip. Assumed the quality will be fine with the brand name but I was wrong.The hotel is outdated, needs renovation.We had reserved a room with2 King bed but we got room with 2 queen beds.As we got there late night, we did not bother.Room did not look very clean but the beds and shower were okay and so did not bother.Bathroom floor and toilet did not look very clean though.Breakfast was limited and only offered a to-go bag and they also ran out before my family members woke up around 8am.Drop ceiling fell over the bathroom sink as we used the door in the morning making the tube lights visible. Parking area looked limited.Lobby was quite small.Shuttle was running but we had a rental car and so did not use it.We paid $135 for the night and could have got a better one for that price.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, with a terrible staff. I should have never even checked in here. The guy at the front desk was rude when I called to ask for the hotel shuttle. When I got here, literally part of the lobby ceiling had fallen in with a leak and nobody seemed to be doing anything about it or care about it except put up a caution sign. There was literally a door with no handle on it that people were living in. The carpets were disgusting. There was hair and dirt in the bathrooms/rooms from previous tenants. I waited for my friend to show up meanwhile booking another hotel. I wasn’t there very long and said I wouldn’t stay the night due to condition and Jose at the front desk couldn’t be more rude and wouldn’t refund me.

Horrible todo. Limpieza deficiente, el lugar espantoso, el desayuno (si se le puede llamar desayuno) con un huevo todo seco y un yogurt (lo único que daban). El edificio feo y despintado, lo único positivo la cama y la atención del lugar. No volvería jamás
