“El hotel esta funcionando a media maquina,no se si es por la pandemia pero se ve que no tienen suficiente personal,recepcionistas muy amables y ayudan en todo lo que pueden, las instalaciones del hotel, bastante descuidadas y no pienses que hay smart tv jejejejw pq no hay!”

“Hotel localizado em um bairro lindo, quase de frente ao shopping Parque Arauco, que é o mais exclusivo de Santiago. Não é um hotel novo, mas está razoavelmente conservado. O quarto amplo, confortável, bem limpo. Atendimento na recepção muito bom, com gentileza. Café da manhã razoável. Merece 5 estrelas pela cortesia com que nos trataram. Recomendo.”
