As instalações são ótimas, novas, limpas e decoradas com bom gosto. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. Principalmente a Fátima sempre atenta e disposta a ajudar os hóspedes. Ela fala vários idiomas, portanto os hóspedes ficam seguros na hora de solicitar ajuda.

Nossa melhor estadia em nossa viajem pela Europa. O hotel é perfeito. O quarto amplo, os funcionários muito atenciosos, o João que fez nosso check-in, é um português muito educado e providenciou nosso quarto 2h antes do horário previsto. No quarto tinha, fogão, microondas, sofá, TV, banheiro excelente, cama excelente, pratos, talheres, cafeteira, tudo. O café da manhã também é muito bom. O hotel não fica próximo ao centro de Amsterdam, mas há uma estação de metrô bem próximo ao hotel. O hotel também fica ao lado de um mercado, onde você pode fazer refeição, comprar o que precisar. Fica próximo também ao AmsterdamPark, um parque lindo que vale a pena visitar. Como disse, todos os funcionários foram excelentes, infelizmente esqueci o nome do que fez nosso checkout, mas também gostaríamos de agradece-lo pela educação e simpatia. Se um dia voltarmos a Amsterdam, o Element Amsterdam possivelmente será nosso hotel.

Amazing staff and very clean place. Close to Amsterdam Zuid station which makes it very accessible while being in a quiet area. The shipping center below has everything one could need without having to go out in the cold.Would highly recommend.

I've stayed in many actual five star hotels before (Four Season, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, etc.,) so it's difficult for me to say this is a five 🌟 or 💎 hotel. That being said, this is an exceptional hotel.
Whilst the hotel is situated about 7 km(?) from the city center (The Dam Square), this is a very convenient location. I actually walked from here to the Starbucks daily. It's so easy and pleasant to get around. There is a full service mall and grocery store at the base. The rooms are super clean and modern. The staff is top notch.
If you are staying for a long term in Amsterdam, this would be an excellent pick. If you are staying for a short term and only need to go to center city on occasion then this is a great option. The neighborhood is super safe and you are a few blocks from the park. Kudos to the staff for running an exceptional hotel.

Good stay and smooth check in, with the exception that many front desk staff seemed new and ill-prepared.
Laundry was helpful. Location is convenient for staying in, but quite a far walk to the nearest hub at south station.

We were there for 6 nights and found all of the staff to be exceptionally helpful and courteous.Our room and the entire hotel was clean and well appointed.It is conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the metro station and near shopping and dining.Our travel agent had made a mistake and booked our check-out date a day early.When we realized what had happened, the staff bent over backwards to correct the situation and keep us in our same room.Particular thanks to Teeuw who always greeted us with a smile and something nice to say as we came and went, Patsy who couldn't be more welcoming and kind and Mikael who spent a great deal of time helping us find our way around and plan a couple of excursions.The ONLY downside to the room was that because of the design of the shower it is impossible NOT to get water all over the bathroom floor - it routinely took two bath mats to soak up the splattered water.

I spent 30 nights here and I absolutely felt bad leaving, I'd totally love to comeback soon!
This hotel is very nice, staff are friendly, gym is great, self laundry is very good, breakfast is awesome, room service is top notch, their choice of Lavazza for coffee is nice, and being part of Gelderlandplein makes it tempting for shopping.
I just love it all around and recommend it.

Tuve una convención y me aloje en el Hotel.La habitación era preciosa, la cama muy cómoda y muy limpia. Para mi gusto faltaron pequeños detalles como la pasta de dientes o cepillo del pelo pero en general, la habitación era excelente.El desayuno deja muchísimo que desear. Yo que soy intolerante a la lactosa solo había leche sin lactosa para beber, los yogures, queso etc era todo con lactosa. Faltaba mucha fruta y verdura para mi gusto.La ubicación es muy buena, esta justo encima de un centro comercial y hay un Albert Heijn (supermercado) donde puedes encontrar de todo.

We stayed in Element Amsterdam for 1 month. It was an amazing experience with attentive staff, clean rooms and exceptional service. Since I was going to work from home, I requested them a room with kitchen and all related amenities and they took care of it more than I asked for.
They kept everything clean and clear. Things were cleaned and updated time to time and any issue was just a call and a few minutes away. This hotel also provides a free breakfast and a laundry service at a minimal cost. The location is great and close to public transport.
Overall, I would say whether you're traveling for a business or a personal trip, this hotel, staff, service, ambiance and location is outstanding. Worth staying in and you will have a great time.

Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location, facilities, staff, breakfast, and amenities. As you can see in the pictures, the kitchen is fully equipped which is pretty helpful if you’re planning a long stay.¡Que gran hotel! Realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía en Element Ámsterdam. Las habitaciones en Amsterdam suelen ser muy pequeñas, costosas y sin desayuno incluido, pero éste hotel tiene tarifas muy buenas en función de lo que ofrece ya que, en la habitación lo tienes todo para cocinar e incluyen el desayuno. Servicio del personal amable, algunos hablan español y siempre dispuestos a brindar orientación; al momento de hacer check out, resguardaron mi equipaje y me fui tranquila durante horas a conocer más Amsterdam antes de que partiera mi vuelo. La ubicación del hotel es muy estratégica porque en el mismo lugar se encuentra un centro comercial y un súper mercado. También está alejado de todo el ruido en una zona de negocios y la ventaja es que se encuentra a 10min caminando de la Estación Sur para abordar el Metro (10min al Centro), o el tren rumbo al Aeropuerto (7min porque solo es una estación). Por parte del centro comercial se cuenta con un servicio gratis para ir al mall en una minivan que pasa cada 20min cerca de la estación central y te deja a la vuelta del hotel. La única área de oportunidad que percibí fue en el servicio de desayuno, solo sugeriría más variedad. Del resto, todo perfecto. Sin duda me hospedaría nuevamente en Element.

El hotel es algo tranquilo, el personal amable y el desayuno bueno, tiene una mini cosina lo cual es cómodo. Le doy una estrella porque las habitaciones son muy sucias y con mal olor, me alojé con mi familia seis días, y nunca limpiaron, ni la cama arreglaron... Solo un día pasaron y sacaron la basura, (y ni miraron la cama), creo que es lo mínimo que tienen que hacer, ni hablar de limpiar el baño y aspirar. La ubicación no es muy buena, pues está lejos del centro y por la zona no hay muchas opciones para salir a cenar... Así que sinceramente merecen una estrella, porque un hotel mínimamente tiene que limpiar todos los días.

Es un hotel, que de entrada el personal, es super amable y profesional. Las habitaciones, limpias, cama super grande, cuentan con una mini cocina, mesita comedor..que va genial, si vienes cansado de visitar la ciudad, improvisas una cena al momento, después de una duchita. Esta situado a 10m.en coche del aeropuerto..al lado unas galerías, con un gran supermercado.. A 10. Andando tienes el metro que por cerca de 4e. Te lleva por toda la ciudad, en unos vagones limpios y modernos...en resumen, os lo recomiendo....

El apart es muy moderno, la habitación es muy amplia. Cocina bien equipada. Lindo baño, amplio y luminoso. Si bien no está muy cerca del área turística de Amsterdam, hay transporte público cerca que te lleva rápido al centro. A unos metros hay un supermercado muy completo.
