“Desde que llegué tuve problemas con las tarjetas. Me las entregaron desactivadas. Las hice activar y me cambiaron de habitación. Me enviaron para una en mantenimiento (tengo fotos para probarlo). Al otro día hice el reclamo y me hicieron esperar como si fuera un check in normal. No me ofrecieron compensación alguna. Un desastre la atención.”
