never judge a company for an employee bad mood. my second visit to millenium hotel, i was very well received by Mr. Khalil, so polite and friendly and professional. never to late to change my mind and enjoy my second stay here, and more to come.something that would never change from my last review: a very nice team in the roof restaurant, the manager mohammad(so kind and professional) , imad (so kind and friendly) , terecia (respectful and understanding), even some of the reception and operator team are very kind and friendly.

A localização é linda na área de Al Sadd, perto da Hamad Medical City e a minutos do Souq Waqif. Não tem vista para o mar, longe disso. É muito quente. Muitos hotéis e apartamentos, mas o serviço dos trabalhadores é bom e sua recepção é linda. O que dói mesmo são os maus cheiros nas roupas de cama que me tiravam o sono assim como no quarto e no banheiro que vaza água Tem chaleira para chá Tem máquina Nespresso para café, mas você compra as cápsulas por 15 riais Além disso, é proibido trazer alimentos de fora Infelizmente, pedimos suco no restaurante deles, o que não era bom Existem muitas pequenas mercearias em Hawara, mas faz o trabalho eu não recomendo

La ubicación es preciosa en la zona de Al Sadd, cerca de Hamad Medical City y a minutos de Souq Waqif. No da al mar, ni mucho menos. Es muy cálido. Muchos hoteles y apartamentos, pero el servicio de los trabajadores es bueno. y su recepción es hermosa. Lo que realmente me duele son los malos olores en la ropa de cama que me privaba del sueño al igual que en la habitación y el baño que gotea agua Tiene una tetera para el té. Tiene una cafetera Nespresso para el café, pero las cápsulas las compras por 15 riales. Además, está prohibido introducir comida del exterior. Desafortunadamente, pedimos jugo de su restaurante, que no era bueno. Hay muchas pequeñas tiendas de comestibles en Hawara, pero hace el trabajo no lo recomiendo

Os funcionários foram muito gentis e acolhedores, mas nenhum deles estava nos ajudando a nos registrar no EHTERAZ. No entanto, essas 4 estrelas são para um dos funcionários cujo nome é WYCLIF, ele foi muito útil em tudo, como estacionar o carro cuidando da moto que temos, ele é ótimo 👍🏼 ao contrário dos outros funcionários do segundo turno que não eram tão bom, na verdade, não está ajudando.

El personal fue muy amable y acogedor, pero ninguno de ellos nos ayudó a registrarnos en EHTERAZ. Staff were very kind and welcoming but non of them were helping us to register to EHTERAZ. However this 4 stars are for one of the staff whose name is WYCLIF, he was very helpful with everything like parking the car taking care of the motorbike we have he is just great 👍🏼 unlike the other staff at the second shift who were not so good actually not helping.

Eu e minha família chegamos ao hotel em 5 de janeiro de 2022, por volta das 3h da manhã, Malik levou 1 hora para fornecer quartos.Como estávamos cansados e minha esposa sofria de tontura, fui pedir a Malik que arrumasse os quartos um pouco rapidamente. ele começou a discutir comigo e disse que não nos forneceria o quarto, mesmo que o quarto fosse pré-reservado e pré-pago e nos dizendo para fazer o que você quiser e nos pedindo para chamar a polícia. Não tive a oportunidade de me hospedar neste lindo hotel devido a um problema relacionado às condições de viagem que me surpreendeu após completar a reserva, mas tenho certeza que se ficasse, minha estadia seria excelente e inesquecível.De qualquer forma, agradeço ao Professor Fadi Moussa por sua forte cooperação comigo e por ter encerrado meu problema com uma decisão inesperada que a maioria dos hotéis não toma. No tuve la oportunidad de quedarme en este hermoso hotel debido a un problema relacionado con las condiciones de viaje que me sorprendió luego de completar la reserva, pero estoy seguro que si me quedaba, mi estadía sería excelente e inolvidable.En cualquier caso, agradezco al profesor Fadi Moussa por su gran cooperación conmigo y por poner fin a mi problema con una decisión inesperada que la mayoría de los hoteles no toman. To Hotel managementThe staff service was really very bad. there was no quick response when we asked for something.Unprofessional behavior by Receptionist Malik. Me and my family reach to hotel on 5th Jan 2022 around 3am morning Malik took 1 hour to providerooms.As we were tired and my wife was suffering from dizziness I went to request Malik to arrange rooms a bit quickly. he started arguing with me and said he won’t provide us the room even though the room was Pre-booked and prepaid and saying us do whatever you want do and asking us to call police. It was really shocking for us, such a great hotel with the unprofessional staff.It was your hotels security intervened and apologized with us.I strongly suggest to the hotel managementkeep the better StaffIRFAN AHMED

Oi É a minha opinião sobre o hotel Millennium para ficar 2 noites como quarentena, chego na última sexta-feira às 3 da manhã e faço check-out no sábado às 11h30, significa que não completa 32 horas, então, de repente, depois de sair do hotel, recebi ligações da gerência, eles informaram que tenho extra cobram 350 qr para fazer ligações internas, não sei porque abrem linha para fazer ligações e não informaram a cobrança extra?? , e por que eles não me informaram antes de eu sair do hotel ?? em outro hotel para fazer qualquer chamada deve ligar para a recepção e transferir essa chamada depois de informado sobre o custo extra e eu concordei com isso, Qualquer um acha que há opção gratuita sobre chamadas mesmo WIFI.

Hola Es mi opinión sobre el hotel Millennium para una estadía de 2 noches en cuarentena. Llegué el viernes pasado a las 3 a. cargo de 350 qr para hacer llamadas internas, no sé por qué abren línea para hacer llamadas y no informaron que hay un cargo adicional. ¿Y por qué no me informaron antes de irme del hotel? en otro hotel para hacer cualquier llamada, debe llamar a la recepción y transferir esa llamada después de informar que hay un cargo adicional y acepté eso, Cualquiera que piense que hay una opción gratuita sobre llamadas con el mismo WIFI.

It was 2 days of quarantine, Unfortunately apart from room nothing was up to the mark. Food was average. While checkout, an experince I never had in my entire life. They were claiming bed sheets are having pen marks / ink, have to pay extra amount. I had reiterated that never heard this before, and if I pay , I need those sheets. I had paid the exorbitant rate which they demanded. Suprisingly later with a simple wash all marks got disappeared. Worst experience I have ever had. Not at all recommended.

Hi Its my review about Millennium hotel for stay 2 night as quarantine i reach last Friday at 3 am and check out Saturday at 11.30 am it means not complete 32 hours , then suddenly after i go out from hotel received calls from management they informed i have extra charge 350 qr for making calls internal , I don’t know why they open line to make a calls and didn’t informed there extra charge?? , and why they didn’t informed me before i leave hotel ?? in other hotel to make any calls should be call reception and transfer that call after informed there extra charge and i agreed about that , Any one think there is option free about calls same WIFI .

Verificado IN para quarentena de 2 dias. Infelizmente, desde o momento em que entrei no hotel tem sido uma experiência ruim. Em primeiro lugar, eles fazem você entrar por uma porta dos fundos surrada, através de um elevador horrível e um corredor para uma área de espera, que mais uma vez é pequena e absolutamente não corresponde ao padrão de um hotel 5 estrelas. O pessoal pensa que está a fazer um favor para nós, desde a entrega da chave do cartão até ao transporte da bagagem para o quarto. Comaprision com outros hotéis no Qatar para o pacote de quarentena. Eu já fiquei em 2 outros hotéis nos últimos 6 meses, a estadia varia de 2 a 7 dias. Entrada para área de quarentena - um saguão separado como para clientes regulares com funcionários atenciosos. Quarto - comparativamente menor do que outros hotéis Alimentos - apenas OK. outros têm saladas elaboradas, prato principal e sobremesa (aqui eu tenho uma fruta completa para 2 refeições por dia !!) O hotel ou alguma sala estava realizando algum evento musical que estava muito alto, começando por volta das 18h às 21h40. mesmo depois de informar a recepção. Nenhuma ação foi realizada. Eu acho que eles esperam que todos gostem ... No entanto, gostei dos meninos da sala que foram corteses e atenderam meu pedido muito rápido.

Se registró para una cuarentena de 2 días. Lamentablemente, desde el momento en que entré en el hotel ha sido una mala experiencia. En primer lugar, te hacen entrar por una puerta trasera en mal estado, a través de un ascensor y un pasillo horribles a una sala de espera, que una vez más es pequeña y no está en absoluto a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. El personal cree que nos está haciendo un favor, desde la entrega de la llave de la tarjeta hasta el traslado del equipaje a la habitación. Comaprision con otros hoteles en Qatar para el paquete de cuarentena. Me he alojado en otros 2 hoteles en los últimos 6 meses, la estancia oscila entre 2 y 7 días. Entrada para el área de cuarentena: un vestíbulo separado como para un cliente habitual con un personal cortés. Habitación - Comparativamente más pequeña que otros hoteles Comida - Simplemente bien. otros tienen ensaladas elaboradas, plato principal y postre (¡aquí obtuve una fruta completa para 2 comidas de un día!) O el hotel o alguna habitación estaba ejecutando algún evento musical que estaba demasiado alto, comenzó alrededor de las 6:00 p.m. hasta las 9:40 p.m. incluso después de informar a la recepción. No se tomó ninguna acción. Supongo que esperan que todos disfruten ... Sin embargo, me gustaron los chicos de la habitación que fueron corteses y cumplieron mi solicitud muy rápido.

Checked IN for 2-days quarantine. Unfortunately, right from the moment I entered into the hotel has been a bad experience. Firstly, they make you enter through a shabby back door entrance, through horrible lift and corridor into a waiting area, which once again is small with absolutely not up to the standard of a 5-star hotels. The staff thinks they are doing a favour to us, from handing over the Card key, to moving the luggage to the room. Comaprision with other Hotels in Qatar for Quarantine Package. I have stayed in 2 other hotels in the past 6 months, stay ranging from 2-days to 7-days. Entrance for Quarantine area - A separate Lobby like for regular customer with courteous staff. Room - Comparatively smaller than other hotels Food - Just OK. others have elaborate Salads, Main Course & Desert (here I got a full fruit for 2 meals of a day!!) Either the Hotel or some room was running some music event which was too loud, started around 6:00 PM until 9:40 PM. even after informing the reception. No action was taken. I guess they expect all to enjoy..... However, I liked the room boys who were courteous and fulfilled my request very fast.

Made to wait for hours before room allotment.....rooms are not sound proof....food was not good.....no fresh vegetable salad...they were serving pickles instead.. fruits they served was little rotten....no one came to help with luggage during check-out....hotel discharge papers could have given in hand/room rather was asked to come to medical staff room where medical staff was questioning late collection of papers ....may be hotel management thinks hotel quarantine especially from red list countries deserves less service than regular bookings...but I paid I choose this hotel over others based on rating ...rating should be far less than what iam seeing in Google review
