Hotel was great and the front staff are absolutely amazing. They are very nice and definitely made this trip better. The bathroom in the room was great and tub was very big and great for soaking

Just finished a weekend stay here. I absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was the housekeeping wasn’t that good. It was a stain on the floor that was not cleaned up and the smaller towels weren’t replaced. But other than that, everything else was good. The food at the restaurant was good. I lover that they had complimentary beverages. The valet is pricey, but it was convenient.

The Andaz is located just off Ellis Square and a great location downtown for walking access to the sites, tours and River / Bay street, but without the noise. The rooms are well decorated, big bathroom and shower and mine had a very nice kitchenette. The bar service however was poor both nights I was there; on a busy Friday night a new bartender was looking up every drink recipe and hadn't cleared the bar of prior guests food plates and drinks and didn't even greet you upon arrival. Its a shame. Good news though, there are plenty of other places to drink in Savannah.

Absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend anyone visiting Savannah GA book their stay here. It is centrally located in the heart of downtown and is walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants, and tours. On top of the location being great, the customer service is phenomenal. From the time my husband and I checked in we were met with great service from Raury. He was very kind, helpful, professional, and made our stay feel special. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would!

I am both a Hyatt Globalist member and a Hilton Diamond member. I have been staying at Hyatt more because Hilton has really started to disregard their members. This hotel really sealed the deal for me with Hyatt. EXCELLENT customer service and treatment of globalist members. The location is also fantastic. I will definitely be choosing this location if I’m back in Savannah

Great hotel to celebrate a special occasion. Free drinks upon check in is in a nice touch. They were even kind enough to add a complimentary bottle of champagne for our room. Location can’t be best , walking distance to all the sights of downtown. Room was clean and entire hotel is in great shape. Don’t hesitate to spend a bit extra to stay here. Also fantastic place to bring your four legged friend.

Super friendly staff everywhere, bartenders amazing and helpful. Only issues where I booked for a room with soak tub and balcony but when checked in was told I had to choose one or other. And house keeping was somewhat lax.... but still super nice when approached them. Location was excellent for tourists
