“What a relief to arrive at this hotel after a bad experience in another. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby and pool area are beautiful with varied and comfortable seating options for leisure or work and the room was nicely decorated, pretty and updated with a sliding door and small veranda. It is 10 minutes to Carytown and VCU. My daughter and I loved our stay here!”

“Rooms are fairly large. But the bed was terribly soft and lumpy, the room had paint peeling from ceiling, wall paper in bathroom had mold growing in the seams, and the room had an odd stale/musty odor. We were on the first floor so maybe the humidity is higher...? Wifi was out as well. Customer service was great. But at this price, I would expect better.”
