“We stayed there while visiting Universal Studios, Sea Life and Legoland. The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios- but it’s at least 30-40 min walk from it.
The pool was decent, hot tub nice but didn’t look too clean. The staff is super nice and most people I talked to has worked there for a few years so that was nice to hear. The gym was super nice and clean.
The hotel has Avis rental place desk, shuttle to Universal ( that required reservations ahead of time) and convenient gift shop. There is a decent restaurant and small fast food place.
The overall stay was nice- nothing too fancy but perfect for a few nights with my boys while enjoying parks around.”

“Fomos fazer o check in as 17h e o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Ficamos esperando cansados por 1h até finalmente entrar no quarto. Para fazer a limpeza, tem que avisar na recepção 1 dia antes, senão o quarto fica sem limpar. A calefação estava quebrada e passei mt frio. Não recomendo.”
