Room was very dusty. Bed was not very comfortable and there were long hairs in my shower. Breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. I usually stay at another hotel chain, and think I will go back to them.

There's a lot to offer here. Location is near downtown. Plenty of free parking. The pool and hot tub were fantastic ( during a snowstorm) Check-in was easy, efficient and accommodating. The room included an ironing board, plenty of room, and cozy pillows. Good size flat screen tv. Plenty of lighting. Hair dryer. Large mirror. Nice desk and seating area. King size bed was comfortable. Breakfast included piping hot waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, juice bar, cereal selection, assorted mini croissants,scones. Coffee and tea. Clean seating area with room for families and groups. There is a coin operated laundry on the first floor and gym Staff is attentive and hospitable.

I wrote a story on the Concord community page about my angel at the Fairfield. Michelle and Zack who work at this location are AMAZING!! Michelle was so super sweet when I got there. I had some issues with the card i was using.They were unaware of my battles I was dealing with emotionally and did everything they could to accommodate me at this location. From switching dates to switching rates. They are angels as well. I am forever grateful They are an important piece of the reason I am able to be here for someone in such a critical time. I am eternally grateful for your efforts and making this possible. I suggest everyone ignore the reviews about that highway and choose Fairfield These two staff members and my stranger angel changed lives last night.

It is so lovely! A gem at the end of a dead end so you got alittle separation from the city streets. Lots of amenities! Multiple tvs controlled via your mobile device. Pool gym ice machine. Lovely decor and amazing staff. Coming from California I was ready to be disappointed but it was a very amazing experience. I could definitely live in one of thier rooms! So relaxing!

The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Everything was clean and I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. If you’re visiting Concord, make sure you book your room here. I was down there for a concert and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else.
