“O hotel é honesto, cama e café, apenas, mas está longe de ser minimamente razoável. A cama é boa, o café e decente. Mas tem um dos piores atendimentos que já vi, desorganizado, os funcionários não explicam nada direito, são grosseiros, o tempo todo tem apenas 1 funcionário para atender, então espere sempre por longas filas no check-in, check-out e pra comprar QUALQUER coisa da conveniência deles. Como todo IBIS Budget, não tem nem frigobar no quarto, mas tem apenas UMA PESSOA pra atender hóspedes em check-in, check-out e compras da conveniência. As cortinas do hotel estavam sujas, e o banheiro é muito pequeno.”
