“We recently stayed here for 4 nights. The service was great and there were a good amount of amenities offered. Kevin at the front desk was very very helpful. My only concern with this stay was being put in a room RIGHT NEXT TO the Ice machine on the 7th floor. When I tell you this is the loudest Ice machine on planet earth….you better believe it... woke me up numerous times throughout the entire night. The walls in this hotel are clearly thin. As an elite member who stays over 150 nights a year at Marriott properties, I would've appreciated being put on a higher and quieter floor. Room upgrade was never ever mentioned.”
