“Clean hotel by Hilton standards. Good health club. But very few of staff understand and speak Good English. Great breakfast spread but full breakfast not ready until 7am. Only one restaurant and limited options for lunch & dinner. Survived thanks to Mr Deniz. (Several boarders buying streetside doner). Service slow. After 14 days stay, even for late checkout (which was informed earlier) request needs to be escalated on Twitter to be heard. Avoidable.”

“In my opinion the hotel is excellent. I found a couple of things which are not perfect, but good enough. The rooms are very clean and the high floor rooms have great views, so, ask for them when you make your reservation. The breakfast was the same during my 10 days there, so wasn't the best experience, but very good food quality. The room service is one of the bests I have had, it's very quick and very good, try it. Finally, the service is excellent, the receptionists are very kind, more staff English speakers would be better, but at least they try to understand you. Overall, not great location (a lot of traffic around) but great experience and you will be very confortable in this hotel.”
