“This place was fantastic. We started and ended our two week vacation here and it was perfection both times. We had 18 people with us and the front staff was able to accommodate all our room requests and helped store our luggage while we picked up rental cars, figured out how to use roof luggage packs, etc. The pool is fantastic, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel has a really great feel to it. They are renovating some spaces but it did not impact us at all. The rooms were very quiet and on our last night we stayed right near the lobby since we had to fly out so early. Both our kids had not trouble sleeping and we barely heard a sound through the walls.
Our family really appreciated the separate kiddie pool and outdoor showers. My 7 year old wanted to make sure I also mentioned the delicious cookies that we received upon check-in. They were a hit with out boys.

“Bom e confortável. Comida do serviço de quarto deixa a desejar. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. A única grande falha foi o serviço de camareira, que apareciam lá para as 14:00/15:00 para limpar e no último dia foi depois das 17:00, horário que já havia saído, voltado e estava tomando banho, então não foi possível arrumar o quarto.”
