“The room had a distinct musky/mold smell due to the HVAC system in the room. Had to turn it off, it was killing my sinuses. Room was relatively clean but worn and dated. Continental breakfast did not have dedicated attendant - the bar was out of several items, eggs, coffee - guests walking around asking. Apparently, they are short of staff because he also works the front desk. Upon checking out, I realized they charged my personal card versus the corporate credit card. If you book on Certify, BEWARE! They have some crazy policies about booking. Sorry folks, not a great stay. I'll take my corporate dollars somewhere else next time!”

“Staff was always friendly and helpful. Erica was the one we dealt with when we called originally and was there when I checked in. She deserves a raise, a day off or something. She was so helpful with our situation and even offered further assistance for the next day instructing where we needed to go and who to speak with. She could have easily checked me in and that been it. But no, she went above and beyond to help. Thank you Erica for making a tough situation much easier to deal with.”
