When my wife and I arrived to our room at 9am Friday morning we were greeted with a room with little to no heat and the smoke alarm going off minutes after unpacking. The thermostat in our room did not work no matter what temperature we set it to. Our room was right next to the outside heater so at 5am we were woken up when it kicked on and blasted on high for about 30 minutes. We were also very disappointed in the fact that I couldn’t drop my wife off at the front desk with our bags when the windchill was in the -20’s since they had the drop off zones blocked off for our section of the hotel. We tried calling services multiple times on our personal phones and in room phones and never got an answer. $33 a day for parking is outrageous, especially when you are not guaranteed a parking spot. The atrium was also very cold, almost as cold as in our room forcing us to wear jackets for most of our stay at this resort that’s known for being a tropical stay. The “blankets” on the bed were just extra bed sheets, we would have froze if we didn’t bring our own blanket. Very very disappointed with this resort for how much a room costs. Not having the water park at least included with the room is unthinkable, even the cheapest resorts offer a swimming pool for free. The power has gone off at least 6 times during our 2-day 1-night stay. We will never stay at Opryland again and will deter anyone we know from staying there.

Was just here for a few days attending a conference. First time here and I had a blast. The place is huge and has plenty to do. It's pricey, but that's to be expected. Be prepared to get a lot of steps in over the course of your stay. Conference rooms were comfortable for the most part. Our conference had about 2,000 people attending and it never felt overcrowded. We spent a lot of time in the evenings at Fuse. The service and atmosphere there were great. We had a large client event one night in the Delta area of the property. It was a little crammed, but overall a very fun experience. The scenery in that area is great for an event.

Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't regret it. Great place!! My church goes here for an event called lads 2 leaders. It’s always so fun walking around and exploring the place yearly!! I look forward to my weekend visit year-around. Except… Last year on Easter weekend this lady was being so rude to me and my family and kept following me and my friends everywhere we went which was really not that fun at all!! She ended up getting kicked out and we had an enjoyable weekend I love it here! I would completely recommend it for anyone!!

This is definitely one of if not the best place to stay if looking for a special experience. We live in Nashville and still consider it a treat to come here. We Stay in the Cascades and it is beautiful. Keep your patio door open at night and enjoy the sounds of the waterfalls! Of course everything is super expensive, but that is a apart of the trip. Try the Cascade burger at the Cascades restaurant. it is amazing. **The One bad note I would leave is that none of the vending machines in our area worked yeah work and after 10 o'clock you can't purchase sodas and drinks. The front desk literally told me there was nothing they could do besides give us a water. I just think for the amount of money you pay they could have a way for you to get a beverage at any time of the day.

Very huge and Beautiful. They have plants and trees from all over the world and it's just gorgeous. A huge selection of shopping and restaurants. I saw many families there and they have activities for the children. They decorate for every holiday and season. Very comfortable beds/rooms if you're staying the night. The fountain show is very beautiful at night. They have an inside river with a boat to take you throughout to see the beautiful scenery. It is a little pricey but it's well worth it.

Very beautiful place. Very romantic place. Also great place for conventions and for families. 2,888 rooms and 700,000 square feet of meeting space. Restaurants are reasonable and some have live music. Staff was very friendly and always willing to stop and help or talk to you. Soundwaves is the newest water park and is very popular. The Christmas lights are beautiful but they had trick or treating for the kids this weekend and the dancing waters in the Delta was set to Halloween music. Pumpkins carved like boots, TN and guitars were all over. The gardens are relaxing just to walk through or sit for awhile. We enjoyed the weekend.

Magnificent indoor "garden of eden." Beautiful to stroll and gaze at the variety of scenery. Atrium bars. Plenty of food options from snacks to casual or upscale dining. Small shops plentiful. Splendid scenic view from inside rooms overlooking the huge atrium; get an inside room! Other than the amazing water park, kids could get board. Shopping mall within walking distance. Overnight stay is $$, but you could opt to park and make a day visit.

So beautiful here! Clean and very posh, with both a indoor and outdoor waterpark that's so much fun! Suites are big and nice. Close to many fun spots and the mall, an ideal spot for any occasion. Can't even describe the fun I had here! Will definitely come back!

Family friendly. Great resort fun for everyone! Such an experience! We truly had a blast! A handful of staff are kind and attentive. Shuttle services are accommodating for families with little ones. All staff are on top of keeping things clean and disinfected.
