Had to wait 3 hours for a room. (I was the only person here.). And I was refused Late Check-Out even though my membership guarantees me one. They gave me until 11:30 am. Air vents are filthy in lobby (I had too much time on my hands to see it.). And I had a view of the water treatment plant next door. And the refrigerator vibrates & makes a horribly loud noise, as does the old fashioned a/c. No bathtub. I'd sum up my stay as "ewww". Oh, but the bed was soft (Bad for my back.) and it had extremely nice & soft sheets and a nice feather pillow!!!

The room we got at the hotel was alright, it was next to the elevator and close to the breakfast area which was convenient. The reason why I’m giving this hotel a one star is because how they charge you to make sure you show up is quite confusing if you use a debit card to make a reservation. They’ll use the cost of the first night as a deposit and an additional $50 to make sure you won’t steal one of their items from the rooms. You’re practically being charged for an extra night until the bank decides to return those deposits that you made. I also called the staff to question about it and the lady who answered my call didn’t seem to be interested in answering my question, she was quite rude and not to mention that the rest of the staff didn’t seem friendly and not welcoming as well.

All the staff at the hotel was really professional and helpful. I love all the amenities the hotel had to offer, such as the gym and the free breakfast. The rooms, hallways, lobby and front desk are were super clean. Furthermore, the beds of the rooms were really comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay!

The Good: This hotel was a pleasant surprised find. The location's proximity to EVERYTHING was a plus....groceries..restaurants...beach..Cruise port and airport...is AMAZINGLY within very short distances. PLUS there is a FREE shuttle. If you plan accordingly, your wait should not be long. Room Was very clean and spacious. NO MUSTY smell. 💟 Nice pool area and sitting deck Bathroom small but adequate. At the front desk(Marie)SUPER helpful, patient and understanding. The Laundry facilities was nice to have $2.00 per load. Great parking garage with cameras Can improve on: More staff during check-in The shower door was off the rack..a bit difficult to close.(short stay..didn't need repair) Cleaner hallway carpets on 4th floors SMOKERS in front of the building... The Ugly: The Water and Sewer processing plant across the street gives the parking garage its horrible 😫 smell.

The hotel have standard high level rooms, areas and swimming pool for you and your kids, Order food from restaurants are ok. Then service all around and not expensive, rent cars or Harley Davidson Motorcycles very near, you will see coming from the airport at your right side, ok. Mal servicio, las sras del restaurante se molestan cuando uno pedía algo. La comida malisima. El café sabía a cartón, La recepcionista morena no prestaba una buena atención, se molesto porque solicitamos limpiar la habitación. En 4 días nunca asearon ni cambiaron las sabanas.
