“The location of the hotel is close to entertainment and shopping. The hotel looks very nice and has nice amenities like a pool, pool tables, and breakfast. We had a pillow in our room that was disgusting! There was drool marks on the pillow case and on to the pillow. Yes, it is gross, but we are dealing with COVID right now. The manager said they were going to see if we could get our room comped. .”
