Front desk is not friendly. Location is in a posh area and people are not helpful in giving direction to Restaurant and Supermarket.

Excellent hotel in a very good location - withing 5 minutes walking distance to the Pacific Ocean and to one of Lima's commercial centres (Larcomar). Nice and friendly staff at the reception, trying to help you as best as possible with your requests. Our room was very spacious and nicely decorated, and also very clean and quiet. We especially appreciated the heater in the room, which did its job very well. The bathroom was equally spacious and nicely equipped with toiletries. Good restaurant on the top floor, although not well indicated when you get off the elevator; also, the elevator does not go, only until the floor just below the restaurant, thus you need to climb the stairs 1 floor. But it's worth it, as the food served is excellent and plenty. Very good buffet breakfast in the morning as well.

Ambushed charges. We booked my 30th birthday trip to South America through a travel agency. We arrived at 7 am got to the hotel around 9 and understandably our 2 rooms were not ready. Not a big a deal. They told us it would be an hour and TOLD us to go to the 7th floor for breakfast while we wait. Came back and it was another 1.5 hour before one of our two rooms were ready. Again not a big deal since our agency booked a hote were the check in was later than our arrival. BUT. 3 days later they charged us for said breakfast. The breakfast they told us to have. Their reasoning was because we weren't checked in to the hotel so their cold complementary breakfast wasn’t complementary. The only and I mean only reason I am leaving 2 stars and not 1 was because of their one employee Oscar. He’s the real MVP. If you’re ok with ambush chargers then this your place.

Very professional, nice environment, clean rooms, and great location! The only thing I had trouble with the Wifi connection, as it would only work occasionally; however over all it was still a great stay.
