Hotel espectacular, hemos estado 11 dias este verano y las instalaciones son maravillosas, la comida rica, por ser tiquismiquis podria ser mas variada, pero mas que suficiente, no le pongo las 5 estrellas porque el dia de la salida si que nos defraudó bastante que no tuvieran posibilidad de late check out ni habitacion de cortesia, alegaron que por el Covid, pero creo que es un tema de querer dar el servicio, tener que cambiarnos en el baño en este tipo de hoteles creo que es una deficiencia importante. Para el que no le quede clara la ubicacion esta entre la playa de Maspalomas y Meloneras, justo en el paseo maritimo que une ambas playas, Meloneras esta relativamente cerca a 5 min andando, pero tiene piedras, la de Maspalomas es perfecta pero tienes como un kilometro por el paseo.

We had a amazing stay at Villa Del Conde. A beautiful hotel with really good food, clean rooms and lovely people. Everything was clean and they did a really good job with the Covid measurements. A lot of places where you can disinfect your hands, and masks on in the hotel and restaurant. The rooms were cleaned every day, really neatly! Also the food was amazing, the buffet was the best I ever had at a hotel. Can’t say anything bad about Villa del Conde. 10/10 recommend!

Hotel precioso, en primera línea de mar con acceso directo al paseo marítimo y cerca del faro y la playa de Maspalomas. Instalaciones muy cuidadas y personal muy atento y amable, pendiente de solucionarte cualquier problema. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Como es un hotel muy grande las vistas dependen del tipo de habitación y de la suerte que tengas. Precios de las bebidas razonables. Por poner un único pero, la comida podría mejorarse un poco y etiquetar mejor los platos, así la gente molestaría menos a los cocineros preguntándoles. Hotel totalmente recomendable, para repetir.

Is 5 Star Hotels go, it's very good, amenities and food wise, it's top Mark's! The staff are lovely, but a little too formal. Wifi here is a real issue, constant connection problems, and problems with passwords timing out etc. Kept gettingbooted of the wifi, really annoying when your trying to keep in touch with work, also the obsessive Covid mask thing, in the restaurant is annoying too, otherwise a "faultleas" hotel.

One of the few true 5 Star resorts that live upto its promise and has WOW factor. Love this hotel so much due to it location, design and layout, rooms and facilities. The staff were the icing on the cake and we will never forget our fabulous stay here.

Instalaciones amplias y variadas, con cinco piscinas, muy buen bufé y los restaurantes a la carta. Una pena que por la pandemia no estén abiertos al cien por ciento todos los restaurantes y todos los bares durante su horario ordinario pre-covid.Las habitaciones perfectas. Como se espera de un cinco estrellas. Ni más ni tampoco menos.Ah, y el personal súper atento a la par que profesional.Sólo puedo hablar bien.

Hemos ido la familia 2 años seguidos y comprobamos, con mucha felicidad, que este segundo año mejoró. El primer año de la pandemia, como era normal, había cosas que no estaban del todo bien pero este año ha mejorado muchísimo la calidad de la comida. Hemos disfrutado de una comida de cinco estrellas, el servicio, al igual que el año pasado, vuelve a ser espectacular, probablemente vayamos el año que viene otra vez. Todo el personal es inmejorable.

Absolutely love this hotel...probably my favourite place I've ever been to. The room was spacious with a sitting area, walk in wardrobe and large bathroom. The swimming pools were beautiful and lots of sun loungers. Didn't get a chance to visit the spa but hope to in the future. The service was excellent, can't find fault with anything!

Beautiful hotel and pool area, large clean rooms, attentive service whether at the reception or in the restaurants, great entertainment in the evening. As always, we had a great time in a Lopesan hotel. I can highly recommend the Baobab, Meloneras Resort and Villa del Conde. See you next time!

The hotel is amazing! Rooms are really comfortable and clean. The entire hotel is very well maintained. Covid measures are in place and you feel super secure all the time. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the buffet breakfast could be improved. Is not bad, but is not 5 stars.
