Estadia agradável para uma viagem de trabalho. Tive um pequeno problema com meu quarto, mas Sandi, da recepção, rapidamente cuidou disso e me transferiu para outro quarto. Sandi foi ótimo e certificou-se de que eu estava bem longe. O quarto atendia às minhas necessidades, micro-ondas, geladeira, estacionamento grátis com ampla vaga, próximo à interestadual e aeroporto, e lanchonete se precisar de um lanche noturno, ou se quiser comer, há metrô 24 horas. quarteirão de distância: localização muito conveniente e excelente serviço e esta propriedade.

Pleasant stay for a work trip. I had a slight issue with my room, but Sandi at the front desk quickly took care of it and moved me to another room. Sandi was great and made sure that I was squared away. The room met my needs, microwave, refrigerator, free parking with ample parking space, close to the interstate and airport, and snack center if you need a late-night snack, or if you want food, there is a 24-hour subway a block or so away: very convenient location and excellent service and this property.

Liguei dois dias antes e a equipe da recepção foi muito profissional e amigável, você podia ouvir o sorriso em sua voz. (Eu gostaria de lembrar o nome dela). Quando chegamos o check-in foi muito suave e rápido e, mais uma vez, a equipe da recepção foi muito calorosa e amigável e acolhedora. Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, era muito limpo e espaçoso, no entanto, ao abrir as gavetas descobrimos que estava cheio de molho de comida desidratada, mas quando liguei para a frente eles corrigiram a situação imediatamente e se desculparam profusamente e imediatamente nos levaram para outra sala do outro lado do caminho. I called two days before and the front desk staff was very professional, and friendly you could hear the smile in her voice. (I wish that I remembered her name). When we arrived check-in was very smooth and fast and once again the front desk staff was very very warm and friendly and accommodating. When we arrived to our room it was very clean and spacious, however upon opening the drawers it was found to be full of dried food sauce, but when I called down to the front they rectified the situation immediately and profusely apologized and immediately moved us to another room right across the way. This is an awesome hotel with great staff who go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here again and at another Springhill suite again. Thank you Thank you for the great hospitality

A equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora, o hotel é limpo e em boas condições. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o nosso quarto. Ligamos para a recepção e conversamos com Nathan apenas para informá-lo sobre o nosso problema. Sem hesitar, Nathan se ofereceu para trocar de quarto, inspecionar o novo quarto e entregar pessoalmente as novas chaves do quarto para nós (o que ele fez prontamente). 👏👏👏👏 Obrigado Nathan !!

Sandi foi incrível! Ela foi super atenciosa e garantiu que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Ela nos permitiu usar um estacionamento extra para o nosso trailer e garantiu que tivéssemos um quarto no térreo ao lado de uma saída, porque tínhamos dois cães conosco. A melhor parte foi que ela fez essas coisas por nós, sem sequer perguntar. Verdadeiramente acima e além. Ela se certificou de que nossa estadia foi excelente e nos tornou clientes do Marriott para a vida toda.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the hotel is neat and clean. We had a slight issue with our room. We called the front desk and spoke with Nathan just to let him know of our issue. Without hesitation, Nathan offered to switch our room, inspect the new room and personally delivered the new room keys to us (which he did promptly).THAT WAS AWESOME!!! 👏👏👏👏 Thank you Nathan!!

Sandi was amazing! She was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She allowed us to use some extra parking for our trailer and made sure we had a ground floor room next to an exit because we had 2 dogs with us. The best part was she did those things for us with out us even asking. Truly above and beyond. She made sure our stay was excellent and made us lifetime Marriott customers.

Hotel muy práctico y bien ubicado. Cuartos amplios para familias (Cama King y sofá cama desplegable). Con piscina y un mini-gimsasio, también tiene maquinas de lavandería en el segundo piso a costo de USD 1.50 la media hora. Buen espacio de estacionamiento. Si tienen que dejar el carro para tomar un crucero se puede pagar USD10 por día de estacionamiento. El desayuno es clasico americano y contundente. Contras: tuvimos que pedir limpieza del cuarto pues tenía polvo en general y manchas en cubrecamas, se ven algo gastados algunos elementos como los ascensores y alfombras.
