“Perhaps if it was not considered a five star hotel it would be worthy of higher than two stars, but you expect a certain level of service at a five star hotel. We received no bottles of water upon checking in. We had to call multiple times to get them to plug our Tesla into their only Tesla charger even though they confirmed twice that they would do it. Three out of the four times we called Valet they said via in automated recording that they were too busy and we would have to go down and show them our tickets. We had to call multiple times to get a refrigerator in our room. Their breakfast buffet while good was definitely not what you expect at a five star hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and again it was very much average with a fairly small standard bath.”

“I truly enjoyed our recent Event at Fairmont Dallas. Christina was attentive to our needs throughout the planning and remembered every detail for that weekend which included a private dinner on Friday. All staff members were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Updates to the Regency ballroom are beautiful. The Presentation on Saturday was perfect!”
