“The room was tiny. Litterallt tiny. The first day we bad to take cold shower cause there was no warm water. I had to explicilty ask to have my blanket changed, they would only make the bed ( even after 8 days). The salty part of the breakfast is poor and low quality, all self service, no fresh fruit, and located underground.The room view was on other palaces and I paid 500 €per night. Good service and location.”

“This is NOT a 4 * hotel.
Lift is tiny, room is extremely small and bathroom is smaller. The distance between the bathroom door and the bed is only a kick away. The beddings look tired and so did the DARK brown!!! carpet on the floor. there’s no space for your check in luggage or even carry on.
The Staff I had an encounter with was helpful.It is a shame the rooms do not look/feel comfortable.
The hotel is cramped. I found it that bad I had to let go of the room Charge for one night, cancel my reservation and book elsewhere.”
