Fiquei muito impressionado com a hospitalidade e atendimento ao cliente de Angélica.O próprio hotel era limpo e vale o valor. Os elevadores operavam rapidamente e o café da manhã era quente e fresco:). Eu recomendaria este hotel a outras pessoas.

My stay was amazing thanks to Angelica at the front desk! She ensured my checkin was fast, made sure my room was satisfactory, and gave enough towels/cloths for our stay. She even went above and beyond to help me locate some items I needed nearby. I was so impressed with the hospitality and customer service of Angelica. The hotel itself was clean and worth the value. Elevators operated quickly and the breakfast was hot and fresh :). I would recommend this hotel to others.

Embora tenha havido alguns soluços com o espaço inicial, a equipe foi capaz de corrigir os problemas rapidamente. A equipe foi extremamente simpática. Os quartos também eram muito limpos. eu com certeza ficaria de novo.

Although there were a few hiccups with initial room, staff was able to quickly fix issues. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were also very clean. I would definitely stay again.

I was so grateful for Heather's help with reserving a room due to Ida storm and flooding on 95. She was a friendly voice during such a stressful time. Heather was kind and reassuring when I called every few hours with updates. Room and space was clean and had all I needed. Check in and check out was quick as well. Thank you!

Não se deixe enganar pelos comentários elevados, a pior experiência de hotel da minha vida. Negativo, os quartos não estavam prontos para o check-in, os quartos também cheiravam a fumaça (solicitou um quarto para não fumantes) e a cama estava quebrada. Estraguei minha reserva completamente e praticamente tive que reservar tudo de novo (por um preço mais alto) enquanto eu estava lá e eles estão se recusando a devolver o valor adicional que eu tive que pagar. 0/10 recomendo ficar aqui. Nunca encontrei uma empresa que estragasse tanto as reservas e se recusasse a fazer o que era certo pelo cliente. Não gostaria que ninguém lidasse com um lugar que o obriga a pagar novamente por algo que você já comprou e não se responsabilizar por seus próprios erros de reserva / reserva / atendimento ao cliente. Negócio de lixo.

Check-out depois de uma noite. Horrível.

Esteja ciente de que a equipe do hotel é a melhor e o hotel como um todo está convenientemente localizado perto de tudo que você precisa. Eu adoro ficar aqui. No entanto, minha única reclamação é a taxa. É muito caro e prefiro procurar tarifas mais baratas nas proximidades.

I meant to write a review months ago but this hotel is the best in Woodbridge nj. The one next door called "Comfort Suites" is a hot mess. Be aware this hotels staff is the best around and the hotel as a whole is conveniently located near everything you need. I love staying here. However, my only gripe is the rate. It’s pretty expensive and I’d rather look for more cheaper rates nearby.

Do not be fooled by the high reviews, worst hotel experience of my life. Sloppy business, rooms were not ready for check in time, rooms also smelled like smoke (requested smoke free room), and bed was broken. Screwed up my reservation completely and pretty much had to book everything again (for a higher price) while I was there and they are refusing to refund the additional amount I had to pay. 0/10 recommend staying here. I've never encountered a business that screwed up reservations this much and refuse to do right by the customer. Wouldn't want anyone to deal with a place that forces you to pay again for something you already purchased and take no accountability for their own booking/reservation/customer service errors. Trash business.

I rarely write reviews but I couldn’t keep quiet about my recent stay. Strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the hotel. Bed was not supportive at all; it sank in. Walls are super thin, so hear everything and it was noisy. Not easy to get to. Not in great location. You get what you pay for. Wish I had read reviews before booking. Checked out after one night. Horrible.

El hotel Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Woodbridge ofrece una estadía cómoda a un precio razonable. El único problema es que se hace demasiado difícil llegar al hotel desde el sur, ya que el hotel está a la par de una calle principal que no permite Cruze a la derecha. Cómo tal, viniendo desde el norte, los sistemas de navegación navegan sobre calles secundarias que están en muy malas condiciones. Las calles son de tierra o pavimento en mal estado y hay charcos por varios lados, causando que el automóvil se ensucie. Por esto también se hace difícil salir a comer ya que la salida y/o entrada del hotel sería igualmente difícil.

Todo bien con el cuarto... el fallo es no tienen donde. Comer hay que ordenarla de afuera durante horas de trabajo
