Minha experiência foi ótima ! Equipe de recepção maravilhosa , sempre prontos para lhe ajudar nos mínimos detalhes . Bom café da manhã , localização perfeita.

Bem, a verdade é que daria ao serviço de apoio ao cliente 6 estrelas, mas infelizmente no meu caso a localização do meu quarto tinha o tapete em mau estado, não era tão agradável e o wi-fi um desastre, no meu quarto nunca poderia usá-lo . A localização deste hotel é boa, perto da praia, porém esta praia não é adequada para banho, até os nativos nos pedem para não usá-la por qualquer motivo, pois é muito perigosa. Andar sozinho na praia será sempre um prazer. O café da manhã é para levar, mas ao lado você tem um CVS ou Walgreens, que são farmácias que também vendem alimentos, acessórios e outras coisas. Eles têm um toque de recolher entre 12h00 e 7 da manhã

Quando o checkin é ruim e a equipe grosseira e nem um pouco solicita, a estuda inteira fica terrível.

Bueno, la verdad al servicio al cliente le daria 6 estrellas, pero desafortunadamente en mi caso la ubicación de mi habitación tenía la alfombra en mal estado,no fue tan placentero y el wifi un desastre, en mi habitación nunca pude usarlo. La ubicación de este hotel es buena, cerca a la playa, sin embargo esta playa no es adecuada para nadar incluso los nativos nos piden que no la usemos por ningún motivo por ser tan peligrosa. Caminar la playa solamente siempre será un placer. El desayuno es Grab and go pero enfrente tienes un CVS o Walgreens que son farmacias que además venden comida,accesorios y demás cosas. Tienen toque de queda entre las 12a.m. y las 7 a.m.

Ótimo hotel, muito bem localizado a um preço justo.

Estadia maravilhosa. Tivemos o rei Rm com vista para o mar, estava limpo na chegada e a equipe foi útil. Eles não têm água morna, apenas muito quente ou fria. Não notei nenhum problema importante com mofo ou prado. Há um café na frente e um lounge ao lado. Tenha cuidado ao dar dinheiro aos sem-teto porque eles claramente estão drogados, dê-lhes comida se puderem. Walgreens e CVS do outro lado da rua. Além disso, foi uma estadia agradável.

Wonderful stay. We had the king Rm with ocean view, was clean on arrival & staff was helpful. Theirs no warm water tho, only very hot or cold. Didn't notice any major mold or meadow problems. There's a coffee shop in front & a lounge on the side. Be careful with giving the homeless money because they clearly be on drugs, give them food if can. Walgreens & CVS right across the street. Other than that, it was a delightful stay.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotel rooms check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and they had the absolute best prices anywhere! Very nice experience at this hotel will definitely come back ......room was clean staff was great location well placed near all amenities BEACH, RESTAURANTS , ETC.

We decided to book this hotel for NYE 2020. We are currently staying here. Today January 3rd 2020 is our last day. It’s been a issues since night one. The shower design was horrible. Flooded the bathroom everyday. We had to constantly use towels to keep the floor from being soaked. Our toilet didn’t work for the first two days. We requested it to be fixed twice had left to the beach around 3 and came back around 6 they told us it would be fixed and it was not. When we arrived back the toilet still had stuff floating in it. I also requested towels and our garbage to be changed 3xs and extra blankets. Our garbage was not changed. We didn’t get towels. When they finally brought up towels and blankets the blanket had stains and HOLES in it! I had the manager come upstairs with me to look at the unfixed toilet and the dirty blankets. He offered us a discount but refused to switch our rooms. (We never got the discount) as of yet. I made it a point that we could not have an non working toilet for the remainder of the stay it’s ridiculous and I kept requesting a rooms change. He then assured us the toilet would be fixed and apologized for the blankets. Our microwave is missing the circle glass so we couldn’t even heat food up/ leftovers if we wanted to. There are no mirrors. The outlets to charge your cell phones or any electronic devices DIDN’T work except for the bathroom outlet. The customer service here was horrible. I am frequent visitor to Puerto Rico and stay at different resorts/ hotels. This was by far the worst the worst experience I have ever had and the fact they didn’t offer anything else to accommodate our stay or make it better. They have yet to do anything. By the way we stayed in room 503 in the south tower. Do not stay here it’s not worth it and they will NOT reimburse you for anything!

Based off the pictures, I thought this was would be nice hotel for a New Years getaway, but they were definitely false advertised. The “balcony” in the photos was nonexistent. There is a literally a step and is not enough room to even sit out there even if there chairs. The room had a weird smell and it was freezing cold all night. My friend & I were unable to adjust the temperature. The beds had no blankets, just thin sheets that made it extremely comfortable for us to even sleep. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but we ended up finding a new place to go to in the middle of the night because of the fact that we were so comfortable. The sink also has structural issues so it is impossible to use it without wetting the bathroom floor. If we had stayed for those 4 nights we would have been charged almost $800, which is a total rip off for motel-like rooms. The outlets barely even worked and for me, the only thing that could’ve happened to make the situation worse was seeing bugs in the room because I’m pretty sure that would’ve been the next issue. Disgusting place!

La localidad es excelente, todo queda a pasos y aunque es pequeña la piscina me encanta el servicio.

Son unos estafadores de un precio que te dicen al llegar al lugar llegas pagando por encima del precio que sabias y incluso de tener uno que pagar el estacionamiento que deberia de ser parte de los clientes gratuitos de todo que uno termina pagando por todo en ese lugar y incluso solo un desayuno te brindan y de comida de microondas la habitación bien y limpia pero lo demás mencionado nos desmotivo visitar de nuevo el hotel

Este Hotel cuenta con una excelente localización, cerca de restaurantes, bares, playas y lugares históricos. Su personal es muy atento, este hotel cuenta con facilidades muy comodas al igual que sus habitaciones.

This is a very good simple hotel. The bed is comfy, showers are very clean. The views are great but at least it's quiet. You're close to Walgreens and CVS if you need anything and they are both 24 hours. The staff is nice too. I didn't get to try other amenities but just looking at them seemed nice
